I actually have no words!! Dragged myself out of my house for my appointment. I have lost a sister, nephew and a brother in the last year and one week....arranging his funeral now. Walked into the Salon, and Terasa knew exactly how to handle me...lots of cuddles, kindness and care. The same compassion from all her staff...I love you all ❤❤. I left the Salon feeling amazing and glossy, as usual xx

Brilliant hair cut again

I was recommended Opus anyway so had high expectations and you, and Jade, exceeded them. Relaxed atmosphere, jade was lovely to talk to - both in the consult and during the wash and cut. Jade was recommended specifically for colour work and it was great talk about that and plan what to do next. Very happy customer!

Wanted change of colour and Tilly advised so that the end result was great. Highlights worked well.

Had my hair cut again by Jade but this time with a new style. I showed her what I wanted from an Instagram post and she was able to replicate it for me. So thrilled! Thank you Jade. You’re brilliant!
