I had the most awful experience when I supported a stylist based on her word & social media - she left me with a job half-done, a result I didn't ask for & no explanation or plan to fix her mess..
But, Courtney at Opus came to my rescue - she transformed my disappointment & the end result was MORE than I could have asked for..
Opus, Courtney and all the lovely ladies are AMAZING and will be my ONLY go-to..

I always come out of the salon feeling so much better about myself. Again, despite having an all over colour it looks really natural with tones and a great shine. The new condition to hold colour leaves your hair feeling soft and people have commented on the shine. Katie’s cut is taking making growing out a bob easy. Loving the layers.

Katie always gets the colour spot on. It looks natural and covers the grey really well. Even when you don’t know exactly how you want it cut and styled she makes great suggestions. Love her blow drying too.

Jade has really improved the condition of my hair but also colour matches the extensions perfectly. I travel just over an hour to get my hair done by Jade as she does it just how I like every time without fail. Excellent at colour too. Very talented at what she does. I always leave the salon feeling great about my hair. Also a lovely team of people and great atmosphere. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent haircut, Charlotte is very good and it's always nice to chat with her. The only problem is that my sweater and trousers always end up covered in hair.Is this normal? Very friendly service
