My appointment had been bought forward as I was struggling and couldn't get my style right. Gavin listened to the issues I was having and factored in all the problems. he discussed the options with me and made sure I was happy. He then restyled my hair, offering tips on how to blow dry to get the best result. Came away feeling much better. Since then, I have washed and dried my hair, using the tips Gavin had given me and it worked brilliantly. Really happy with the results.
In addition, I asked whether colouring my hair was an option and he was very honest with me. Its' not something that would be of benefit to me.

Just a quick review of my haircut today I was made to feel welcome and looked after by Karis she did a great job and was easy to walk to so could not ask for more I will definitely be coming back.

Booked with Karis, but the re style I asked for was a bit too technicall for Karis. So she asked Mitch for guidance. Mitch & Karis gave me a perfect re style.

Phoebe was lovely, wise beyond her years, she gave me a fabulous cut and finish and even though I was the last client of the day (7pm) didn't feel rushed.

Phoebe is great just like Jess who was my first stylist at the salon. We hit it off straight away and this was my second visit since my first eight weeks ago. Like Jess she won't take a tip so I got her a book on poetry as I had been told by the Boss that she writes a some. She styled my hair beautifully so I was very pleased.

Popped in yesterday to see if I could get a fringe trim as I had moved way from the area a few years ago and was meeting a friend.
Julie on reception was so welcoming and Gavin obliged and gave me the perfect trim , Ella was busy with a client but still had time to say hello..
It was like visiting old friends , thank you again for squeezing me in and appreciate the warm welcome .

Cyd and the whole team are amazing everyone is not only extremely professional but kind always checking if your ok, have enough to drink. You are given a realistic view of what can be achieved if you are trying to fix at home blunders and are given multiple options on the way forward would recommend Cyd and the team to anyone.

Cyd is an amazing hair stylist she always colours my hair and cuts it exactly how I like it. She also cuts my husband’s hair and he loves it. I often get asked where I get my colour and cut done and I always recommend Cyd.

As always, we were greeted warmly (we being me and my dog, Pearl). Phoebe made sure everything went well and zi was very pleased with my cut & finish. I tend to chatter on about anything & nothing, and Phoebe was very patient and polite throughout. I am very happy with the great service the salon provides.

Phoebe was so welcoming and lovely, she made sure I was comfortable and the head massage was definitely my favourite part.. there's a big difference between a haircut and getting pampered and my experience there was definitely that. I will be requesting Phoebe for next time :)

Team had to take black and blue out of my hair.. the peace of work they done ! Then two stylist told me copper would suit me so after taking colours out I changed my mind and went with their suggestion. Absolutely love it.

Hairdresser was lovely she asked what I want and gave me lessons how to stile my hair. Definitely will come back..didn't catch their names so can't even name who did amazing work for me...

I felt a million dollars when I left. Everything is clearly explained and I was given lots of opportunities to input on each stage. My visit was topped off by the recognition of my birthday which was really appreciated. Whoever thought to buy the chairs at the wash station that let you have your legs is was truly inspired. I was tired and then relaxed so had a short snooze while my treatment was applied 🤣

I’ve been coming to the salon for a few years now and can honestly say ALL the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. It took me a long time to feel comfortable at a hair salon as I am a quiet person . Very reasonably priced, my hairdresser takes the time in understanding what I aim to achieve with my extensions
