A very pleasant young stylist called Phoebe did a WCB for my first visit to this salon, she listened to what I wanted and started the recut of a previously bad haircut which I had done elsewhere, she gave me just what I’d asked for! Thank you for the 5* experience today. I shall be returning.

It was my first salon experience and Lucy has made me feel at ease and takes her time to get to know me and my hair style needs. She has advised how to take care of my care and how to style it myself at home. I would highly recommend this hair salon.

As always, I have just received exemplary attention from Korey and Gavin. I suggested a slightly different style today and the attention at G & E was 100%. They listened, advised and delivered with customary excellent skill and I am thrilled with the result. It is always a pleasure to visit the salon, to be treated in a very respectful way- and to know that I will always depart feeling fabulous!

What an excellent experience. Fantastic advice on colouring by Kariss - she judged my requirements exactly and I was so happy to take her advice. Regarding the cut by Kory absolutely perfect- I was very unsure what direction to go in and the constant discussion care and insight resulted in the best haircut I have had for 20 years. Thankyou for helping me. What a considerate and caring team thanks too to Cydney for booking me in and the coffee and thanks also to Nieve for the rinsing and head massage - can’t wait to see you all again soon

Somewhat disappointed with Wyatt's haircut. His fringe is very irregular in length and noticeably long on the left side.

I love Korey so much. I travel in from Bedford to have my hair done by her. She listens to everything I want, makes suggestions about what would look good, and we always have a great chat too. Always such a great experience and would HIGHLY recommend her.

After box dying my hair on a whim (over 2 months haha) - I had ruined it, patches of ginger, yellow and other questionable variations of those colours!. I left a new woman with hair I can now show off and not hide under a hat (tough now its hot weather!) - Incredible turn around and I will NEVER use a box dye again - Lucy, you are a wicker of hair miracles!

Brilliant service. Karis is a professional and did everything with so much care, patience and perfection. Very happy with the end result. The Salon is a great atmosphere and all the girls working there from checking me in at reception to washing my hair and mixing my colour were all lovely. Very relaxing and therapeutic visit. Have already booked to come back

Karis and Cyd were brilliant as always. Nothing too much trouble, fab advice and fab hair.

I left the salon today with my confidence restored in my hair and the salon! Cyd and Julie were fantastic and rectified a problem that occurred the day before. They actively listened and were very professional. So impressed that I am leaving this very positive feedback! Ladies if you are unhappy, Always go back to a salon and give them a chance to put it right. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends even after the initial problem. Fantastic service!

Phoebe was extremely friendly and quick to understand exactly what I wanted. The end product was even better than i'd imagined, 100% would recommend!

I've done my fair share of northampton hair dressers, but Cyd is very good. She knows what she is doing, and is good at taking her time to understand what you want. I've had two colours and three cuts with her now , and I'm finally walking away happy and still like my hair the next day once I've washed it. I would Sincerely recommend her. She also does my daughter and sons hair and she coloured my daughters (16 years old ) virgin hair but She was very good, did not over do it with the highlights at all like I had asked her and it came out looking very natural and lovely.

Cyd is an amazing hair stylist she coloured my hair today and put on a colour conditioner which looks amazing. Cut fantastic too thanks.
