Needed my hair doing for my birthday, was managed to squeeze in an appointment for my regular hairdresser
Can never complain about the service you get here, nothing is to much for anyone
Always friendly and happy in their job
Also love that each work station had its own Xmas design and you get to vote for your favorite one

The first visit to a new salon has the potential to be stressful, but not here! Very friendly and caring staff helped me choose a new style and colour. I am so happy with my new look, I have already booked my next appointment. Altogether a happy experience.

I have been to DG Hairdressers three times now and I am very happy to say my hair has been transformed. The whole salon experience is a joy, all staff behave in a professional and friendly manner and the level of expertise in the salon is excellent. I would highly recommend. Wish I had found this salon years ago !! Better late than never ????

I visited the salon for around the 5th time today and was still as pleased as ever with the service I received! All staff are very friendly and are very quick to greet you as soon as you enter. Very pleased with my haircut as usual. I look forward to my next visit!

Stacey was amazing. My hair was done exactly how I'd pictured it and I loved it! She went the extra mile and did an up do for me as I'm so useless with doing hair myself and she ended up making me feel really good about myself. I've already booked in for the next 2 months. I've been coming to this salon for a year now after trying a few different ones in Northampton, and havent looked back. It's not the cheapest but the overall experience makes it so worth the while - I see it as an 8 weekly treat to myself! My hair has never been in such good condition thanks to the products used, the consultations each time mean you can discuss what you want and the staff are all so fun, friendly and chatty that the atmosphere is great - the good coffee and cute dog help too!

Emma was amazing, she was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable about my hair. She had good advice on what to do with it and what she thought would suit me. She was very tentative and made sure i was seen to most of the time whilst I was waiting for my hair to develop. There was also coffee and a cute dog to keep clients entertained, which is always a plus!

Great experience on my first visit to Daniel Grainger. Stacey spent time doing a full consultation, her passion for hairdressing really came across. I have a lot of hair but Stacey stayed late to get the job finished. The result - shiny lovely hair. Really pleased with both the chrome treatment it really does make your hair shine and the blowdry was also great. Would definitely recommend and I'm really picky when it comes to hairdressers!

Leave there every time feeling like a new woman, they do my hair exactly how I want and the hospitality is so awesome, they make you feel so welcomed....recommend them very highly

So I hadn't had my hair cut for literally ages & was bleaching it at home myself. My other half was fed up of me complaining about how it wasn't perfect & how many mistakes I kept making so I looked around for salons & was recommended to come here - I'm so glad I was! It was friendly with a lovely atmosphere and Chloe, who did my hair, was amazing. My mum popped in half way through with my poorly daughter and they gave her a cup of coffee and the salons dog made my daughter laugh, (until she realised she had stolen her spot on my lap). Such a wonderful place.

My experience was so good from start to finish. The staff were all really friendly and my hairdresser Charlotte was excellent. She gave me some great styling tips and I loved my hair colour and cut! Every part of the visit was luxurious. A real treat. Can't wait to come back.

I came into the salon, guessing it would be a top salon, but what i got was far better than i imagined. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Chloe who cut my hair was the nicest girl ever, informed me what she was doing every step of the way and my haircut was fab. Her head massage was absolutely amazing (i usually find it incredibly difficult to relax) and the massage chair was just a complete unexpected bonus. Everything about the salon was 10 out of 10!!

The staff make u feel so comfortable there all so friendly and polite. Chloe who put a karatin deep conditioning treatment on my hair knew her stuff when it came to hair she didn't just wack the treatment straight on. In all my years of going to a salon daniel grangers is by far the best ice experienced so professional

Awesome haircut by Adam and it lasts. He really takes on board likes and dislikes and also teaches you how to style your hair yourself so you can achieve the same look after you have washed your hair yourself.

I walked in and was immediately struck by the lovely, friendly and warm atmosphere. I felt so well cared for and looked after. I was given so much special attention and care and walked out of the salon feeling SO happy with my hair. At one point I had 3 stylists doing my hair, I felt like they really wanted it to be just right for me. My hair had been previously ruined by another salon and so i was ALSO given a repairing conditioner to help on the house! It was honestly the best experience I have had going to a salon and I will definitely be going back and recommending it to my friends! Thank you ????

1st visit to DG Hair,very warm welcome,Charlotte advised me on colour and also recommended future colours to try in the future,as have very curly hair normally style it the same everyday,Charlotte was great as tried something new and even advised me on how to achieve the style myself.

The salon is beautiful, the staff are gorgeous and it's an experience not just a hair cut. The chairs massage whilst your hairs been washed, coffee is proper coffee....honestly there is nothing to find fault with. And my hair....I got exactly what I asked for. Rarely have I ever had that. In fact the friends who have seen my hair are going to book in. I will definitely be returning. Thank you

I loved having my colour make over today. The salon is wonderfully modern and spacious in design. The staff are very welcoming, a very talented team. The salon had a great atmosphere.

I loved people watching and seeing the professional artistic salon staff doing their work.
Charlotte is friendly, charming and has done an amazing job making over my colour for winter. I went in with one idea and after a discussion came out with something different which I love even more.

The chair massage whilst having my hair washed was amazing, as was the coffee. Would recommend this salon to anybody.

I wish I had discovered this place sooner. I love the fact that I now have a hairdresser ( Amey) that gives me exactly what I want and makes me feel fabulous when I leave! The whole team are so friendly and everyone's always laughing and smiling the atmosphere is so warm, and inviting. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and they always make sure your comfortable and offer drinks. But the best bit has got to be the dog, he's so cute and brings a nice homeliness to the salon. I'll never go anywhere else, 100% recommend.

I've never felt so welcome in a hairdressers before. My hair is curly and quite complex to cut but Adam is brilliant and knows exactly what to do to bring the. Eat out of my curls. Everyone works so hard as a team and makes sure you have a great time during your appointment.

Really friendly service, my hair looks and feels lovely. They gave me great advice on how to improve my hair care. Staff always recognise me and greet me well.

A great, relaxed experience & fab cut & colour. Will listened & didn't "overdo" anything. I came away with a simple, natural hairstyle and colour that's feels healthy and easy to manage - which is exactly what I was looking for!

So today I walked into the Salon after having a rubbish week. I was in the mood for a change and after having a typical blonde ombré for over 2 years I thought it was time for a change. Adam transformed the colour of my hair and I left with a dark autumnal ombré look. I absolutely love it, and would truly recommend Adam to anyone. Thankyou so much, the salon always has the most friendly atmosphere and I've always received such a warm welcome.

This is a serious business where the customer really does come first. Polite, efficient and pleasant customer service either on the phone or in the salon means your personal needs are met. My latest visit was great. A cut and colour in a busy but calm environment, a lovely pot of tea, a super head massage and conversation with the stylist which is neither patronising nor mundain made me feel the staff really do care. I love my hair, too.

Stacey has done the most amazing job with my hair!!! It was a very dark brown with huge grown out light brown roots, I didn't have high expectations with my hair not being in great condition and the length extremely long but I have ended up with a beautiful light brown to dark blonde ombré (While still keeping my hair very long) which is a huge difference!! I couldn't be happier with it, it's beyond anything I could have wished for in only one appointment. Not only did she do a fab job but was honestly one of the nicest people I've ever met, everybody in the salon were so polite and friendly, I 100% recommend!!

It's hard to mark the value and quality as I had two different hairdressers. The colourist I had was extremely skilled and did an amazing job, however it was not what I asked for and left looking very similar to how I walked in. I don't like to leave a bad review as the staff were very friendly, but was extremely disappointed for the money I spent. The cut would have been great, however she missed a chunk of my hair which I am going to have to cut myself.
I probably would return to the colourist in the hope that the colour will be more what I want next time.
I was told to return if I wasn't happy with the colour, but it's not in my nature to do so... I would feel too embarrassed.

Was a lovely welcome when i walked in, also Chloe did an anazing job of my hair feeld so much healthier see you again soon :-)
