I went to Steph on recommendation from a friend. I had previously been to another salon to have a short restyle, which was a complete disaster. I was convinced very little could be done to rectify the dreadful cut done previously, due to how short my hair had been cut, but after an hour with Steph, I looked and felt amazing. There’s still work to be done, which requires some growth, but Steph was 100% honest with what was achievable at this stage, & also with what needs to be done. Her upfront honesty just gave me complete confidence in her knowledge, skills and ability. She truly is a miracle worker. I wish I could post before & after pics to prove it. I’ll never go anywhere else now. It’s taken 45 years, but I’ve finally found an amazing stylist. It’s an added bonus that she’s totally lovely too...but I’d go back even if she wasn’t, she’s soooo good at what she does!!

I love my hair! It has always been very coarse and hard to manage but since Emma has been looking after it, it is shiny, stylish, feels great and I've never had so many compliments. I feel pampered and love the salon. The whole experience is the best. Thank you

Perfectly cut and styled, good job done as usual. Bonus in the gale force winds hair just falls back into place. Would not go anywhere else.

I’m a little disappointed this time as normally I love coming here for the entire experience. I booked an appointment last minute and it felt very rushed. The stylist (I won’t mention names) was very nice but was quite clearly rushing. They pulled and yanked at my hair and it really hurt throughout the entire process. The hairdryer was banged against my head multiple times and the straightener burned my face and the stylist didn’t flinch, just carried on. I really liked my hair afterwards which is obviously the most important, I’ve just had previous, more enjoyable visits in the past.

I always get my hair cut by Steph, who provides a first-rate service every time! Her expertise and high attention to detail means my hair always looks amazing after every appointment. Steph is also very charismatic, so I always feel relaxed and the conversation is continually flowing, (the banter is worth the visit alone!). As a result, I always leave the salon feeling great and looking forward to my next appointment!

I was a very nervous person when I started having my hair done with Emma, over the years my confidence has changed thanks to Emma she has always made me feel great when leaving the salon, she has always been the one to choose my colour/colours. I would always recommend the salon when talking with friends, everyone is very friendly! Absolutely love my salon dates!

Filip and Stacy both did my hair. And as always they were both great. They listened and knew exactly what I wanted. Both are super nice, really great to have hairdressers that are amazing.

Just moved to the area and chose Filip based on reviews. Really pleased with the cut and Filip was very friendly and listened to what I wanted to achieve. Didn’t feel intimidated from the moment I walked into the salon. All staff we’re very warm and welcoming.
