After a disastrous cut and colour elsewhere I went to Filip for major correction. He told me what he could do and a plan going forward. He took time to listen to what I wanted and advised what would suit me for colour and style. He gave me a couple of options and explained how he would go about it. I’ve been back three times now and every time he has given suggestions and made a beautiful job of cutting and colouring my hair. I totally trust his expertise. Each time I’ve been delighted with the result. Everyone in the salon is friendly. I always get looked after well during my visits.

Given plenty of time to discuss my colour. Also plenty of drinks. It is like a day out with friends. Very professional. There was a promotion on 30% off.

This is my first time here and it’s wonderful! Stewart was so nice, lovely, and professional. There’s another girl as well, but I forgot her name :( She’s super lovely and nice! Plus the hot chocolate is delish. My favourite without a doubt ♥︎

I knew I wanted a change with my hair but wasn’t really sure what I wanted. 5 mins with Ellie and I have a clear picture of what I want! 45 mins later and I have the perfect haircut! Couldn’t be happier! I will be recommending Ellie to everyone ?

Had the smoothing treatment done with Jade today. Talked me through the process before hand, very friendly. Chatted through the whole 2.5 hours I was there :)

What a great experience! All staff were really nice and the salon has a great vibe.
Filip took time to understand my, I think, challenging hair, showed me a picture of his proposal. I have emerged with a great haircut, instructions for moving forward with it, and if I had any issues to contact him. What service!

I’ve just had, quite possibly, the best haircut and colour ever…I feel amazing, I highly recommend this salon, my stylist (Stuart) and the wonderful welcome the receptionist has for all the clients.

She was a sweet heart and she did a great job. They were so kind to my pup and most of them got to cuddle her.

Leah and Chloe tag teamed me today for Balayage update, cut and style. Always engaged with what you feel you want, giving you options. Super friendly team. I always very much look forward to my visit the the DG team it is a real treat. I find myself walking to the shop looking at the pavement not making much eye contact with people, but on leaving my head is higher and I feel so much better about myself. Thank you Chloe and Leah.

Ellie has done another fabulous job on my hair today, I have been coming to DG hair for 3 years now, I have always seen Ellie. Ellie is professional, I feel confident letting her loose on my hair, easy to chat to, it's like a catch up with a friend, Ellie gets my hair right every time, I always leave super happy with the results Thank you for my beautiful hair color and style today. I absolutely couldn’t have asked for a better service than what I received today. To start off all the staff are absolutely fantastic and friendly and really care about you!! I had the incredible Ellie and Rachel do my hair today!! Safe to say I’ve found the most amazing duo to continue doing my hair!! Ellie worked her magic on my colour whilst making a huge effort to get to know me, she was just lovely and I felt so at ease with her. Racheal was so kind and really knew what style my hair needed cut wise and again so lovely and again made me feel so comfortable. I left the salon feeling so confident and happy!! It wasn’t just about the colour and cut. Being with my 2 year old 24/7 it was nice to be made to feel special
And the adult conversations by all of the team not just my stylists. Already booked my next to appointments in advance!! Thanks DG hairdressing. 10/10!!!

Today was my first visit to Daniel Graingers Salon and Rachel was my stylist...she is a credit to the team.
I found her to be the most polite pleasant and knowledgeable young lady who listened to my request and delivered perfectly. I found the whole experience relaxing and professional and look forward to my next visit..Thank you

So this is actually a follow-up review. I have been to Ellie twice now, first appointment was for a restyle/cut and I left with a super cute pixie cut (let me say - no other will do for me now). My second appointment about 2.5 weeks ago now was for a trim and colour. Well what can I say....she is awesome. I'm not great at explaining what I want but she just gets it. My hair was super dry before and very porous so not great at holding colour. The colour has held so well, no fade at all and it's even all over and the cut is great. In fact today, I was stopped in the street (in London) by a gentleman and his wife asking where I get my hair done and they were really complimentary about it. I think being approached by a complete stranger to be complimented on your hair speaks volumes about the Stylist and their ability. She's a big deal!

The professionalism, atmosphere and the personal approach are continuously delivered without fail. Highly recommended!
