I'm really pleased with my hair colour and cut. Jade is so lovely, very friendly, attentative and listens to what you want and advises. Everyone at the salon are lovely and make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I really would recommend.

I hadn't had my hair cut for many years and always wear my hair up 90% of the time. I was anxious about having my hair cut and kept putting it off. A colleague recommended Rachel and said how happy she was with her experience so I thought why not book in and hubby even offered to pay. Lovely staff booked me in and were very friendly and professional. Rachel was fantastic and I instantly felt at ease. I showed pics and felt Rachel listened to what I wanted. Conversation was easy and was great talking about children and doggies and everything inbetween. Nothing felt forced and I was easily put at ease. I felt Rachel was really intuitive and listened to me, which I feel has not happened in the past. To the point of not over styling my hair at the end as I do not usually style it myself. Thanks so much Rachel for a great cut and experience!

The salon is excellent and has a good atmosphere. Rachel styles my hair to suit my face and hair type. I would recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a new stylist.

A lovely experience from start to finish! Daniel asked all the right questions about my hair, and listened to the answers! Best haircut I have ever had, and well worth the 7 hour round trip from Bristol! Chloe W, who also looked after me, was absolutely lovely, and even took me to where my car was parked as I forgot where it was! (Service above & beyond!).
The overall ambiance of this salon was friendly & welcoming and I really look forward to going again : )

Had my hair done by different stylist there - all did an amazing job, all staff were welcoming and friendly. Overall an amazing salon and got amazing results for my hair.

From the moment you walk in through the front door to the moment you leave you are greeted and looked after beautifully by the receptionists, then the Trainees who wash your hair and offer you drinks to the Master himself Daniel!

I first had my difficult, coarse grey hair transformed at Daniel Granger's a few years ago, and have always been extremely happy with the service and friendliness of the salon. When I found that my favourite hair stylist had moved on, I chose Chloe to do my hair this time. Any worries about disappointment were quickly dispelled, as she discussed my colour shades and highlights, and the exact shape and length of the cut that I wanted to achieve. The result was fantastic, exactly what I wanted, and I've made my next booking with her. Together with friendly attention from her dog Enzo and the constant latté service, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the salon.

I was recommended DG by a friend!! What sold me to travel the near one hour journey was the thought of a stylist that listened, massaging chairs and proper coffee!! I was not disappointed. My stylist Ellie listened, but added, about my thoughts on how to cut and colour my hair. She has totally transformed my hair in so many different ways. I will be going back and would totally recommend. Excellent place

I couldn't be more happy with the whole experience today, I had a warm orange hair disaster and Stewart set my expectations about what I could expect, but thankfully the blonde lifted perfectly and due to his expertise and skills the whole look was perfect. I have honestly never felt in such capable hands and wouldn't trust anyone else now. Thank you Stewart.
