After the day I had at work I was going to cancel my appointment but I’m so glad I didn’t I always get great service from every member of staff when I turn up and today was no different, all the staff are friendly and chatty, and after a rubbish day I left the salon so much more happier so thank you to everyone for being wonderful every time

Having lived in Wellingborough for 20 years and using the same hairdresser there I was a little nervous about changing salon after moving back to Northampton but there was no need to worry. I have been to Alex twice now and she has made me feel welcome and only after 2 cuts knows what I like and listens to me. Very friendly and chatty and a joy to have cutting my hair. Thanks Alex!
