I've been to Turner and Warren twice now, and have been very happy with the service on both occasions. The receptionists and stylists are all very friendly, they offer you free drinks during your visit. You get a free head massage while they are conditioning your hair, and they sell a big range of Paul mitchell products on the premises, and the stylists can advise you in which ones are best for you.
Our first vist at Turner&Warre was yesterday. Hair cut fantastic for me and my daughter, staff very friendly and the price is good too! I will come back soon.
Met Chloe for the first time today. Have problem hair but was helpful in making it look thicker and more shape.

So... I decided to colour my own hair which didn't go as well as I would have expected... Turner and warren were so accommodating and managed to get me an appointment to correct the colour I had done myself! I am so pleased with the results, my new colour looks a billion times better now! Everyone at the salon are so friendly and patient, I couldn't have asked for anything more :)
I was very pleased with how Frankie did my hair on this occasion - very careful and thorough. I did have to wait just over 20 minutes from my appointment time, which was the only drawback.
I made my booking very easily and had a courtesy call to check my appointment. Frankie has given me a fabulous new cut and colour. You could really tell she was taking a lot of time and effort to ensure both she and I were happy with my hair. I would definitely recommend Turner and Warren to any of my friends, it's always a good experience coming into the salon! Many thanks!

Just got back from my latest appointment. My hair looks, feels and smells amazing as usual. I love going to turner and warren. It's a beautiful salon and all the girls are wonderful. I always enjoy my appointments and love a good natter with everyone. So excited for next week..my 12 year old daughter will be having her first ever hair appointment. I wouldn't trust anyone else with her hair!! I know she's gonna love it and feel really grown up. Big thumbs up ????????????????

When you find a great hairdresser you will just keep going back. I have been with Turner & Warren for a number of years and the quality of cut colour and service has been fabulous. All of the stylists that I have had will always listen to what you want and give excellent advice and help on all aspects of hair care. As soon as you walk in the salon there is an atmosphere of calm relaxation and along with everyone who works there combines to make the experience an absolute pleasure. I would recommend the experience to anyone.

Unfortunately a computer malfunction meant that my colour and cut with Charlotte had been deleted!!!
The ladies were very helpful, all playing a part to ensure that my hair was ready for Xmas party festivities that night.
Antonia coloured my hair, Karin shampooed and Charlotte cut and finished.
As always I feel that I was treated brilliantly, and I was provided with a good level of service from all.
Again, as always I received recommendations of products to use and enhance growth, but most importantly I was listened to!!! Having a fringe means that I am specific with how I like it to be cut and this was respected and my hair, whilst being cut as necessary, was cut the way I wanted too!
It is very important to trust your hair stylist and this is certainly Something I can do with the ladies at Turner and Warren.
I go in not really knowing what I want but that I do need my hair cutting.
Every time I've used turner and warrens services I leave with lovely hair, no matter which stylist I have booked with.

When consulting with then about hair styles, cuts and colours they are always there to listen and tell you what will work and what won't work!
They are all brilliant and they care about their clients which is hard to find in most hair dressing places! They are honest, reliable and amazing at everything they do!!

Been to turner and warren for my relaxing afternoon with our happy friendly Frankie and the rest of girls. They make you very welcome with a cup of tea or coffee and a nice little mince pie. You done another good job Frankie and had a great head massage thank you.
I've been going to TurnerWarren since March this year. All the stylists are welcoming, friendly and professional. The salon itself is spacious, light, black leather and chrome, with an unusual conservatory reception and a spiral staircase. It has a very relaxing atmosphere no matter how busy. Charlotte, who looks after my hair, always makes me feel pampered. I have been going lighter with highlights this year and am so pleased with my new blonde look for Christmas! It's just what I wanted. Georgina recently got engaged. Congratulations to her and her gorgeous little family!
I have been having my hair cut/coloured by Naomi for a few years now & every time I visit I feel truly pampered! She gives you her full attention & always makes my hair look amazing :) Today I came in for just a wash & trim, but wish I could have stayed longer for more pampering and chatting xxx I will always be a client at Turner & Warren and would highly recommend them xoxox
