I had an amazing curly cut with Karen, she explained the cut in great detail to me. I am very happy with the results and will definitely be returning. I thoroughly recommend.

First time I’ve ever had my curls cut “for curls” and I’ll never go back. Karen found curls and bounce I didn’t even know I had by explaining how much of the right products to use and how best to use them. Really impressed!

Hollie is brilliant at what she does. I've gone from long dark hair to a platinum pixie over the time I've been going to the platinum lounge. Love love love my hair now! She also cuts my three son's hair and does a fantastic job at barbering too. Wouldn't go anywhere else now

After a bleaching disaster in the past I was left really anxious with getting my hair done, I went into the salon and was directed to Hollie. She made me feel so comfortable and confident in what I asked for is what I was going to get. I love my hair! It is everything I wished for. I could not thank and praise Hollie enough she was amazing and I would recommend her and the salon to anyone!

Fast, efficient, processional and full of interesting stories. Cant complain, far better than my previous hairdresser, who couldn't stick to appointment times.

Brought my 5 year old into the salon today for her first hair cut and the lady there was fantastic, she was spot on with my daughter, knew exactly how to talk to her and was really professional . My daughters first experience was a really positive one and she can’t wait to come back :) for more princess hair ! sorry I didn’t catch the lady’s name as it wasn’t who we originally booked with.
