I am late to reviewing but I have to say that Monika was absolutely brilliant. I had full body laser and she made me feel so comfortable, whilst being very efficient. If you’re considering laser I would seriously recommend this salon! Looking forward to continuing with my treatments.

I have had to visits to Michelle for Millia extraction. The salon is a lovely, calm space. Michelle is excellent and has removed the millia without pain or discomfort. I am very pleased with the results and with Michelles aftercare recommendations.

My skin feels incredibly clean, hydrated and glowing after every visit, and the results last well. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident.

A luxurious experience. The staff are so professional and skilled. Both Michelle and Vicky ensured that I left feeling fabulous.

I had a lovely treatment with Michelle. As far as I know she is the only therapist in York to do Melia extraction. I am very pleased with her work and the recommendation of serum opposed to moisturiser.

This was my fifth session and still and I'm still just as impressed as I was with the first! Monika is as friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough as ever and I've grown to feeling very comfortable when I'm at the salon. I am now also starting to see good results which has been a great boost to my wellbeing. Looking forward to the rest of my sessions! :)

The hydrafacial I had with Michelle was incredible . Michelle talked me through every stage of the process, explaining each treatment thoroughly. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and it is the best facial I have ever had. The results were immediate, giving me a tightened jawline and glowy skin, a testament to the products and equipment used.

Monika did my manicure and pedicure today and her work was absolutely excellent. She is incredibly detailed, focused, and precise, yet still manages to keep lovely, natural conversation that makes you feel completely at ease. She checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable, and even brought me a cup of coffee.

What stood out most was her kindness, not only towards me, but towards every client who walked into the salon. She greeted everyone warmly so no one felt ignored.

A truly professional and caring therapist. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderfully relaxing back massage with Vicki this morning and she was really good as always!

This is the second time I have had my nails done by Vicky and honestly I am so happy with them (on both occasions).
My nails were in really bad shape and I never felt judged for this, Vicky is so lovely.
