Salon 54

After colouring my light brown hair dark to cover grey, for years, I decided to ask Jess for advice going forward. The grey was winning and I was worried about the constant colouring weakening my hair. . Jess had lots of different ideas. She described the many ways you can grow out the grey but blending with colour. She advised me on the health of my hair and how to protect it. Jess did a whole head of foil highlights and added a toner to lighten the dark ends. I must admit I was nervous but I’m so happy with the end result. My sheet white grey hair at the crown and temples blends in to much lighter, blonde and warmer tones throughout the length. I feel confident that with each visit it will look and feel even better. Already it has a lovely shine.

Natasha managed to squeeze me in for an appointment to re-cut my hair after another salon did a poor job. Very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend Natasha and Salon 54!

Jess was very attentive and helpful with my hair. We talked in detail about how I would like the results. The results suited me and the trim and blow dry were great. I am going to be a regular customer from now on!!

Just had my second visit to Salon54 and I’m very pleased with my colour and hair style once again.
Both stylists spent a good amount of time discussing colour and style. Danielle made some great recommendations for disguising my natural highlights!! Very pleased with both and have already booked in for my Christmas appointment.

Emma gave me a great curly cut today. She took the time to.chat beforehand to find out what I.wanted my hair to look like and the issues I'd been having with it, and cut my hair exactly how I wished. Salon 54 is always a great place to visit, with very friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

Danielle takes the time to listen and understand my wants regarding style and colour, giving helpful suggestions that really suit me. That’s why I keep on coming back! The salon is modern and clean with friendly staff.

For a long time, I was anxious about having my hair done in a salon and now I visit every six weeks, and have overcome my worry. Hannah makes my salon experience the best, we work as a collaborative to decide what to do with my hair, and I always know the end result will be perfect with Hannah. She also gives me advice on how to look after my hair and the best way to manage it. I'm very lucky, I wouldn't think to go elsewhere. Plus, we get lovely service and coffee, which is an added bonus.

Asked Natasha to do a shaggy cut for me but my hair is too fine as she correctly advised. She instead put some lovely chunky layers on top with tapered layering. My hair feels immediate fuller and has great height when put up. Great cut Natasha.

Natasha was keen to understand what I was hoping to achieve and added her professional eye and expertise . In my experience the basis of a great hairdresser experience and in my case super colour !
