I have had some time to think about my experience last week and looking back still upset with the end result of my hair.
In the past when I have had my hair done I have been shown colour books and spoken about the different options for my hair to ensure I am 100% happy. When speaking to Natasha is was clear she was not open to try dye to do highlights in my hair (which my hairdresser in Essex suggested before), with her saying the only option would be bleach and toner even though I only wanted to go one shade lighter than my natural hair colour. I agreed to go ahead but did mention I really didn't want ‘liney’ hair, ash tones to be used and would like the highlights to be as thin as possible so they look natural and blend in well so the regrowth is subtle.
Throughout my appointment I did not feel comfortable and had huge anxiety seeing the amount of bleach going in my hair and the thick pieces of hair being taken at a time. Following on from the bleach, my hair was then toned which I ask to be done again after it being way too blonde. I was appreciative of the toner being done again. However, I have still ended up with hair a lot lighter than one shade, ginger tones and worse the thick liney hair I really didn’t want.
On a plus the haircut was perfect! I just have so much regret from having my hair highlighted and wish I had just stopped Natascha at the start.

As always, it’s a pleasure to attend the Salon. I have unruly curly hair and. Have finally found an experienced stylist with an expertise second to none. in curly cutting and finishing. Thank you Emma!

I had an awesome experience today at the salon. I thought of cancelling cause I was running a bit late, but she said she will wait for me. I want to thank her for her understanding.

Choice of coffee excellent. Staff friendly and appointments are usually running to time. Quite expensive (I am a true Yorkshire person and love a bargain) but no more than other salons and everything which is good these days is expensive so this would not discourage me from coming to salon 54 as I know I will always get a friendly relaxed atmosphere

I received great advice at a consultation with Aiga this morning. I was very impressed.

I gave Aiga a few ideas of the style I was after and then let her do her thing and trusted her to decide how to do it and how short or long to keep sections and how to style it afterwards.
We then talked about colouring and how to do it as I was having it coloured for the first time and wanted to go a few different colours. The consult and cut were brilliant and she took everything I said and made it reality. Can’t wait to get the the completed colour done in 2 weeks

I’m never disappointed. Emma always makes me feel special and I leave in a better mood every single time.
