Just had an amazing experience at this lovely salon today. Delighted with my cut and finish of my hair today. I was given plenty of information and guidance re the management of my curls today.

Anita was friendly and knew immediately what I wanted with my hair, so thank you
for understanding and doing a good job.

Aiga helped me decide the shade of colour and I was very happy with the results including my blow dry by Holly.

My first appointment with Emma today for a cut & colour; she really took the time to understand the look & feel I was after; very happy.
Holly also made great tea & gives a lovely head massage after washing your hair!

I had a consultation with Anita as I was really unhappy with my colour. I get married in May so it was important that I got it sorted in tome. She listened to everything I wanted and when I came back for my cut and colour she did an amazing job. Excited to return.

Emma listened to me and gave me good advice regarding colours and their placement. She is an excellent stylist

Both myself and my daughter visited the salon this week and even though our curly hair is not the same type of curls, the knowledge and expertise Emma has ensured we've both had fantastic hair cuts, I wouldn't trust any one else to cut our curls!! There's a great atmosphere with friendly staff and we always feel welcome

Staff are all lovely but colour left on too long waited about 30 mins. My hair is porous so takes fast. Same colours used as last visit but great when done by Emma. This time made roots go orange but could have been a bad mix as being returned to supplier. Then had to have a chemical solution put through hair to try to remove some of the colour, this made my scalp burn. Did not remove all of the orange unfortunately. Head is still sore today. Found the stylist very rough when washing hair. Today did not enjoy my visit. Not charged for visit as went wrong. Apology received. Would I go back yes but only to have hair done by another stylist. Previous visits all good.

Had my hair done by Aiga for the first time, full head of highlights and a cut. She listened to what I wanted and I absolutely love what she has done, I will definitely be going back to her.

I was pleased with the final outcome of her cutting me Bob. Nicole discussed with me what would look suitable as I wasn't sure. She blowed it into a nice shape and I was grateful she trimmed it shorter at the end when I asked for a bit more length off. Overall I'm pleased.

I took my daughter for a drastic hair change she wanted. Her hair is really thick and wild. She is also special needs. From the beginning of booking the appointment everyone did everything they could to accommodate her. She smelt the products, she enjoyed her head massage and Aiga took extra time to ensure she was happy the whole time.
