Had my hair cut with Anita and as always she has done a great job and makes my suggestions even better! 54 is definitely the best hairdressers in Thirsk

Oh my days! How long I've been trying different salons that claim to have a curl specialist... who then comes at me with a comb.
Emma is an absolute legend. A true curly cut - freehand, curl-by-curl without a comb in sight. Curly Girl approved products and advice on how to get volume without frizz (the holy grail of diffusing!).
I'll be back. Again and again and again!

I love my visits to the Salon staff are welcoming and friendly. Shannon knows what suits me and I my hair looks fabulous.

As always another great cut by Emma yesterday!! Really enjoyed being so well looked after. The salon is run so professionally and yet I always leave feeling I've had a relaxed chat with friends. I can't recommend salon 54 too highly.

Pretty satisfied with my first visit. Hannah calm and kind and professional and a good cut exactly how I wanted it. I found it a bit loud in the salon with people talking very loudly right next to me throughout the cut so I had to talk loudly too which made everything noisy, but it was a cheerful environment. And a fab latte to help me recover from a stressful morning! I was hoping for the special offer that was on the website for fiesta time cut, but it hadn't come through to my email so I was told I could have if next time...so paying £40 was a bit painful for first visit. Bug the cut was really good so I'm not quibbling. I will definitely come back.

Anita makes my day with her smiles and chat. Her talent got getting my hair to do as she and I want is so very good. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As usual a very positive visit to Salon 54. Emma salon owner has been cutting my hair for about 17 years and she is very talented. Awards by the number are evident around the salon in case you have any doubts about the salon and stylists.

Emma consistently achieves just what I ask for when colouring and cutting my hair. She provides good advice on maintaining the style and is friendly and professional. The salon is welcoming and even when busy all the staff are attentive and helpful.

I went in to the salon to ask if they could make a last minute appointment for myself to have my hair cut. They were very accommodating and managed to fit me in the next day. All the members of staff were so polite and lovely. The stylist who cut my hair listened to what I wanted and she fulfilled my request. She was very talkative and interacted with me throughout my appointment. All in all it was a great experience and I absolutely will be going back regularly as it was very impressive. Thank you!

I needed my hair curled for a wedding, had never been before as live in Manchester, all I can say is I wish they were local, my hair was done to perfection, thank you.
