Despite being a regular customer Charlotte always takes the time to discuss what I want and if there have been any changes since my last appointment. There is no rush or being taken for granted, I am consulted throughout my appointment. My haircut and colour are always excellent

Offered a coffee on arriving, a quick chat about my hair and what we want to do. Toni always asks as she cuts if the length is ok. After drying she trims if a bit uneven and cuts my fringe. She makes you feel relaxed and nothing is a trouble. Thank you.

Lovely appointment as always!

As always Toni did a great job. I especially like the warmer colour she used this time - something we'd already discussed. She gives me a great advice and has helped me to get my hair back into good shaping after a year of going to a another salon where I believe that the hair colour used had damaged my hair.

Had the best afternoon in the salon. Over the moon with my cut and finish with Anna, following a lovely head massage from Izzy! Felt like a million dollars when I left, so massive thanks to Anna for advice (and patience). and overall care. A real skill!

I have been going to Saks for over 15 years and would highly recommend them. Charlotte is professional, friendly and makes you feels at ease. She will offer as much or as little advice as you want with choosing a new style. All the girls work at extremely hard to make your visit to the salon as wonderful as it always is.

I love my sessions with Charlotte! She is soooo skilled and listens exactly to what I would like. I am never disappointed- ever. The whole appointment is fun and totally positive and all other staff are friendly and welcoming. I’d never go anywhere else ?

Charlotte is a brilliant hairdresser and always cuts my hair fabulously. Her colouring skills are excellent & I let her wave my hair this time which is gorgeous so 100/10.

Anna is an excellent hairdresser, partly due to her skills but she is such also a nice person, instantly making you feel relaxed, she instilled confidence and converses with genuine interest.

Brilliant appointment. Such a joy to be there.

A relaxing hour spent having a cut and finish., with a coffee offered on arrival. Nothing is a trouble if you want your hair cutting a bit shorter and you can always go back if you need your fringe cutting.

Really enjoyable

From stepping in to the salon, being offered a lovely coffee and meeting Laura, I now know I have found my favourite salon. I left feeling I have had the best haircut I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few. I actually can’t wait to go back in June. Thank you for a lovely experience.
