I had a Full Body Deep Tissue Massage with Courtney on Wednesday and I will definitely be rebooking. She listened to what I said and worked on all the areas I said I was aching with just the right level of pressure. I think I even fell asleep through some of it. Reflexology had been recommended to me for it's multiple wellbeing benefits, and as in previous experiences Carol never failed to deliver.
In relaxing surroundings with a calming atmosphere I could feel the effects of the treatment before it was over.
If you're a person who's body carries stress because of any health issue, or alternatively you're a stressed person feeling physically fatigued and 'under the weather' this is the treatment to help.
I left feeling totally refreshed and relaxed along with being re-energised, too. Fantastic for reducing and managing pain and stress in the body. I can't recommend this treatment highly enough. Absolutely fantastic.

One of the best hot stone massages I have ever had. The warmth in the room, decor, ambiance and lighting were all perfect and helped me relax. Courtney immediately made me feel at ease and gave one of the most relaxing whole body hot stone massages I have ever had.
