No matter how I am feeling when I arrive for my appointment by the time I leave I feel great.
Kerry always gives me a fab haircut, checking what I would like done and giving advice before hand. When she talks to me I always feel welcome, comfortable and special.
I love the luxury of having my hair washed and scalp massaged by the smashing junior members of staff as well.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Love coming home from Ireland to have Kerry cut and colour mine and my daughters hair! Such a treat experience, relaxing and fun! Never afraid to make a big change as I know I'll be happy with the results! My little girl says when shes a grown up shes going to bring her children over from Ireland to get their hair cut by Kerry! :)

Andrew gave me a restyle today and I walked out feeling amazing! He knew exactly how to style my hair to get the best results from it.
An absolute proffesional and he made me feel very comfortable.

Would never go anywhere else for colours or cutting service. Have been using this salon for years and im always happy with my hair and get lots of good comments from others about the colour and condition. Kerry is great at what she does and a lovely person too. The whole team make it an enjoyable experience. Very friendly salon.

My stylist was Eva, I think she might be new. But I visited Contemporary for a while now to see HLN for a massage, the ladies have always been friendly so when I needed a blow dry for an event there was a second thought about where I should go. They managed to squeeze me in at a time that worked for me and them and my needs were catered for so well.

After having a bad experience at another local hairdressers this is my second time in the Middlesbrough salon. Jenny is extremely friendly and listens to exactly what you wish your hair to look like with giving some great advice also on treatments for my hair. Jenny was recommended by a friend of mine and I’m so pleased I took her advice and started using the salon!!

Paula was fantastic as deciphering what I needed. I ended up with exactly what I wanted even if I struggled describing it! Would recommend her to anyone.

First time visiting contemporary Middlesbrough today. Jenny was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. I had highlights, olaplex treatment, cut and blow dry and I was really happy with the results. Will be back again :)

Went in with hair of meh. Came out with hair of yay! Had a blow dry with Jenny, love it ????

I wanted to go from mousy brown to pastel pink. It didn’t quite end up the colour I wanted (brighter than expected) but Jenny worked really hard to get it right. Her customer service was excellent. After a shampoo at home it’s now not so bright and I really like it. She also invited me to come in again in a few days to apply more toner free of charge.

I have been coming to to contemporary Middlesbrough for a few month now and the staff are always pleasant and friendly. My hair always looks and feels lovely and always cut to how I want it, the stylists listen to you but will also advise on what they think will work best for you. You don’t feel rushed in and out and complimentary drinks are available.

Today was my first visit to Contemporary in Middlesbrough and what a great experience it was .
I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile , instantly putting me at ease . Then it was coffee and magazines while I waited for Kerry . I watched her as she gave her client a great haircut and her full attention with lots of friendly chat .
Then it was my turn for a consultation before having my hair washed and the best ever head massage.
On to the cut . It was perfect, Kerry showed me different ways to style it and I felt amazing, the best haircut in years .
Add in chat about The Secret and a quick reading of her Angel cards and you have a great experience.
I’ve already booked my next appointment and can’t recommend them highly enough .
