India has a lovely kind personality with a bit of a cheeky side and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend her to anyone. 10/10

Really enjoyed my experience at Toni&Guy Harrogate once again. India was extremely personable and extremely attentive. She also took the time to find out and understand exactly what I wanted while still giving me a new style to keep things looking different!

Always a pleasure to have my haircut by Craig who does a fabulous job and to Charlotte who did a great hair colour

Lovely to be able to get my hair cut. India listened to what I wanted, understood what I was asking for, came away feeling a lot better as my hair had been well cut and looked how I wanted it to.

First time Lois has cut my hair. Very pleased especially as it was in a mess after lockdown. Kim did highlights and, as always, faultless.

India- is fantastic, friendly helpful but her main talent is she's an excellent/outstanding hairdresser.

Fabulous as usual!

Firstly, i arrived late and rushed, pushed for time i also needed to leave early! No problem at all for T&G. I was having highlights with Kim, and there was a fair few to do, given I have not had my hair highlighted in a while due to our current times! Kim, as usual waved her magical wand and made me all blonde again. Results by Kim are always a certain, and i am always left impressed, I love it.! I think all the stylists are working in tough conditions, yet always produce the very best of results! I would not go to anyone else - and i travel an hour to get there!

Kim AND Charlotte were as usual, a professional dream team of perfect colouring and a precision cut combined with a great sense of humour ,rapport and good customer care. Just what every client wants and needs in these difficult times. Also a special salute to all the staff for how they manage themselves and make the clients feel comfortable , about all the necessary masks and Covid safe requirements!

Faye is a super stylist, very pleasant and attentive at all times. I go in looking like Werzul Gummage and come out looking like Rapunzel, highly recommended.

I have been coming to Kim for probably about 10 years now. She is the only person I trust with my hair. She always takes such care and attention with my hair. No one gets as many foils in. She is very talented.

Lois worked absolute wonders on my hair and has the patience of a saint. She is so skilled, gave me exactly the change I was after and I'm completely in love with my new 'do.

To be honest I've been scared of hairdressers since having a few bad cuts over the years. I have finally found a hairdresser who I will be going back to again! India was amazing, made me feel so at ease and listened to my hair issues. I left feeling beautiful, which I haven't left a salon feeling like that in years! Thank you India ?

Really pleasant experience at TONI&GUY again. I don’t think I’d ever go anywhere else now! Craig did a great job, he knows just how I like my hair doing. The place could however do with a receptionist at the weekend as Craig and a couple of other members of staff had to keep nipping to answer the phone or greet customers. Otherwise, a really fantastic experience!

Great cut from Craig, who took time to understand what I wanted and delivered a great cut & blow dry. Have lots of compliments last night on social media and today at the office. I’ve been so disappointed with numerous salons and cuts since moving up from London! Will definitely be back. Thank you Craig.

Felt comfortable with the Covid arrangements in the salon. Seats were being disinfected after each client, staff all wear face shields, and clients are given masks and gowns are deposited by client after use in a basket. Kari & staff always friendly and pleased with my cut & colour.
