I had an appointment yesterday for a root regrowth tint and a blow dry....but because I was going to a wedding the same day, sarah then went in on a bouncy blow dry, and honestly ive never had so many compliments about my hair in my life! Im not the most confident person but yesterday all day I felt the most confident ive ever felt! And now my hair is so good my own mother (a very hard woman to please) wants to go to sarah, so that speaks volumes on her talent! Also she is honestly the most down to earth, friendliest hairdresser too, I actually get excited to go to my appointments to see her cos I know the next few hours are going to be relaxing with lots of pamper and a right good natter and ultimately a brilliant hairstyle and colour! I cant recommend sarah enough, best hairdresser in Harrogate by far and trust me ive been to quite a few and she definitely stands out from the rest, thank you sarah for my new hair xx

Arriving as a drop in friendly helpful receptionist I was able to get an appointment there and then with Amy my first time at your salon and it won’t be the last I will become a regular client. Amy was very knowledgeable friendly and made me feel I was in very good hands which I definitely was. I left with a fabulous haircut Amy because it was the first time she had cut my hair ( won’t be the last) Amy said if I was not sure about anything regarding maintaining my hair not to hesitate in n getting in touch

Amy was amazing, she was really lovely and chatty the whole time and made me feel very welcome. After having a bad experience at another hairdressers she did an amazing job with my hair and made me feel so much better about getting my hair cut. I first visited Cindy in March this year after a home box-dye disaster left my hair the wrong shade and my confidence at an all-time low. From the start, she was fantastic—taking the time to talk through my options and even testing strands to ensure she matched the perfect blonde to my natural colour.

I’ve now seen Cindy three times, and she’s not only managed to get my hair shade to the colour I've been after with each visit but has also kept my hair in great condition throughout the process. She’s incredibly skilled, approachable, and genuinely fun to spend time with.

After searching for a hairdresser in Harrogate who could deliver exactly what I wanted, I’m so glad I found her—she’s completely restored my hair and my confidence. Please don't ever leave, Cindy! :)

Really happy with this salon – it’s got a relaxed, welcoming vibe and the prices are very reasonable. Booking is usually straightforward with decent availability, and they sometimes offer discounts, which is a nice touch.

Shout-out to Amy, who’s brilliant – she listens to what I’m after rather than just pushing trends, but still gives honest, practical advice. Always a good chat too. I leave feeling looked after and loving my hair. Highly recommend!

I am a regular at the salon and have either Sarah or Amy, who are both super stylists. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them. I always receive compliments when I’ve visited the salon.

Amazing from start to finish. Was such a friendly and welcoming salon to be in. In depth consultation including a strand test. Cindy's knowledge and experience was so reassuring. Great advice for follow up care aswell. Highly recommend.

I haven’t been to a salon for over a year as my usual place closed down. My mixed race hair can be a bit tricky to handle but I felt so at ease with Amy. I love my new haircut and thankful to have somewhere new I can trust.

I received a message immediately and a call from the Manager of the salon the next day. My daughter has since revisited the salon and is very happy with the service received.

Kim is a miracle worker, fabulous hair cut which keeps its style, I know the salon is slightly more expensive than some others but worth every penny, after years of disappointing hair cuts Kim is a revelation, highly recommend
