Wonderful service today with Dan. He really listens and made every effort to give me the style I wanted. My only criticism comes from the senior member of reception - please can someone make her aware of how unfriendly she comes across as. She is cold and I would say borderline rude but lacks any awareness. I’m really disappointed that this is my experience but I suspect I am not alone with this view or review. It actually makes me consider if I want this salon to be my regular place to go. Happy to discuss this in more detail if needed
Thought my stylist name was Annie cannot see her on the above list ,so I have obviously misheard apologies. I had a very good experience , I am really pleased with my haircut and will be back.Annie made me feel very relaxed especially as I explained I was deaf and would be removing my hearing aids so was not ignoring her if I didn't answer her straight away,she made me feel very relaxed I will be coming back.

I thought Jess was great and did a good job but I was surprised at the additional charge for the Toner 😕 that wasn't mentioned when I booked it at any point. Also I have my own professional Toner I use at home which I prefer as this one has a slight peach look to it so the colour result wasn't as I expected unfortunately. Jess said it was probably just the lighting when I said it looked a bit yellow when I mentioned it. Also the guy that washed my hair and applied the toner wasn't very warm or chatty like Jess was and he didn't make it an enjoyable experience. I really don't know if he actually used the right shade as it's quite peach looking whereas I asked for cool tones.

Another fab hair day at the salon, Martina never fails, I always leave the salon with a fabulous cut and feeling glamorous. When waiting I am always well looked after and offered drinks and biscuits. The staff are always welcoming and the salon atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed.
I have been going for many years and it’s always a lovely treat for me! My colour & cut is always first class and everyone is always welcoming and friendly. I travel an hour now to get there but it’s worth it!
