As always Dan listens to any concerns I have and finds solutions to maximise my colour and overcome my concerns about greying and show through between appointments. This time Dan added to lighter tones around my hairline which will make grey regrowth less obvious. Really pleased with the result

Charlotte was the lady who did my hair, she is stage 3 in her training and did her first balayage… and smashed it. My hair is really dark, She was able to put some warm in it and did a really natural balayage through the bottom. Not only that she added some layers and shape around my face.. my hair looked beautiful at the end and has really given me a confidence boost. Thank you so much ☺️ she was a really lovely person as well, I was there for over 5 hours and she was really chatty and relaxed the whole time.

I’ve been coming to the salon for several years now but sadly my appointment on the 28th October was disappointing for the first time!
I felt like my whole appointment was rushed even from just having my hair washed.
I felt the cut was really rushed, when it was blow dried the stylist didn’t even use a brush even though I had I had commented several times I wanted lots of volume.
It was then curled with hair straighteners and looked terrible when finished as it didn’t look sleek or salon finished at all. Additionally I had shown a picture from when it had been curled by a previous stylist which I really liked and it didn’t look anything like that.
Left the salon feeling really disappointed with the whole appointment and I had paid for a senior stylist! I just went home, washed my hair and tied it up myself.

My hair crowns in a few places making it difficult to style. Anna understood this perfectly, cutting it beautifully into a fab pixie cut. I love it and can deal with it myself now. Excellent job.
