First visit to the salon and knowing that my hair is damaged I was happy with the advice and treatment offered to me. Maisie was friendly and knowledgeable and I was open to her suggestion regarding my cut. I left feeling happy with my style and will book again. Wow what can I say this lovely lady saved my soul this week, after a terrible situation from having the wrong hair extensions in of which have damaged my hair severely - this wonderful lady put me at ease straight away and worked her miracles. Getting my hair done at Saks was a personalised experience from start to finish and I felt cared for and appreciated for being there, all the way through. From walking through the door and someone taking my coat, seating me and offering me coffee/tea, as someone that is anxious about new environments and people, I was set at ease and felt relaxed immediately. Natalie sat with me for my consultation and was clearly knowledgeable and understanding of my not so hairdresser talk! She understood exactly what I wanted from what I said and delivered perfectly. All staff were attentive not only to their own clients, but constantly asked each other if they needed anything which was lovely to see. I came home and booked my next appointment in straight away!
