Sarah is magician. I walked in feeling drab and fed up. After my highlights, cut and finish, I walked out with a smile on my face and my head held high. Everyone welcomes you in like they have been waiting all day just to see YOU! ☺️ Sacks is more than just a hair salon, it's where I go to look and feel great and to catch up with friends.

This was my daughter's first time with a full hair wash and style experience and she loved it! I also really appreciated the time Natalie tool to show me how to style it as well and for her recommendations. Very happy customer and mum.

Really enjoyed my first visit to Saks. I was squeezed in last minute after my usual hairdresser cancelled. I was made to feel comfortable and welcome straight away and asked exactly what I wanted. I was so pleased with the result and will definitely be coming back.

My son can be very anxious and worried about new experiences but Alice put him at ease straight away...she spoke to him and talked through everything she was going to do then actively engaged with him through out his appointment. Got a same day appointment. Had a lovely stylist (Alice) very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Two way discussion regard hair problems and solutions. Managed to turn a not so great haircut into a fab haircut! Extremely pleased. Clean, modern salon with friendly staff.

I visited the Guisborough Salon for the first time today! New to the area I was hesitant to find a hairdresser but decided to book an appointment at Saks. A lovely friendly smile greeted me from Natalie. She listened to how I wanted my hair cut and did a brilliant job!! She was chatty throughout and I will definitely be back!!
