Salon is always very clean and well organised. All staff are welcoming friendly and professional. Sarah cuts and styles my hair showing her expertise and listens to my needs offering advice relating to my hair type. I am always thrilled wit the finished product.

Another amazing visit, staff always friendly and pleased to see you, they make you feel like ur a friend dropping in and nothing is to much trouble. The whole experience is stress free and relaxing. Time is given to discuss ur ideas of what you want our of your visit and advice given if required. Highly recommended and worth every penny. Looking forward to my next visit.

Sarah has cut and coloured my hair forever and she never disappoints. My fine, thin hair looked wonderful after leaving the salon yesterday and she always gives the right amount of advice without being pushy. I couldn’t recommend her and the rest of the lovely Saks team enough.

I phoned for a same day appointment got in for a cut and finish .
Stylist was very helpful after I showed her a photo of what I had in mind. Really pleased with the results.

Found Saks and found Sarah and never looked back. Always looking for something different with my hair whether it be style or colour and Sarah always happy to spend time discussing and advising. My hair is now in great condition and easy to manage which is just what I need. Every visit I come away feeling fabulous. I have my hair coloured and styled every four weeks and have been going to the salon as long as I can remember. I keep going to the salon because of the professional and friendly service without any pressure to buy additional treatments. The balance between being attentive and leaving me to enjoy some down time is something that I look forward to. Salon adjustments as a result of the pandemic were unobtrusive but nevertheless gave me a sense o comfort and security. Spaced appointments have enhanced this. Highly recommended.

Visited the Guisborough salon for the first time today. I’ve been daring to get a contemporary colour for a few year since my grey was coming through thick and fast and previous hairdressers played it safe with my colour keeping it the same. I saw Leonie today and she was amazing. Finally got the contemporary look which is different for me but love it and will definitely be returning. Thank you.

I always love going to have my hair done at Saks Guisborough. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Sarah is brilliant, and runs the team very efficiently. The atmosphere is relaxed yet business like. I feel that I can relax and enjoy my time out when I’m there.

It’s my second visit to the salon and the service is brilliant! Sarah has cut my hair both times and she’s great, really listens to what you want and is so friendly. She remembered everything about me from my first appointment and the service is so personable - would highly recommend!

A visit to the salon in Guisborough is always a good experience. It's not just about how you look as you leave but how you are greeted, treated and the exceptionally high level of care and attention afforded to clients whilst in the salon. Sarah shows a genuine interest in what's happening with you personally and her experience and professionalism guides you in what will work best for your style, taking personal preferences and other factors into consideration. Sitting in front of a mirror is not my idea of a relaxing experience but Sarah and her team seem to make the experience something to look forward to every time!
