Ellie did my hair exactly how I've wanted it for long time now and I'm so so pleased with it... Ellie is an amazing hairdresser and also a very sweet girl she's so easy to get on with.. I suffer terrible with anxiety but Ellie always puts me at ease bless her heart.. I can't say one wrong thing about her she really is a lovely girl ? and I won't go anywhere else now for my hair done ☺️

Alice was absolutely brilliant. She was so friendly and approachable. We discussed some ideas I’ve had for my hair and she gave me some really good advice, taking into consideration what would suit my personality along with my hair.
I was so pleased with the result. My hair hasn’t looked this good in a long time. I walked out feeling like a new person.

I've been coming to Alice a while now and she has totally transformed my hair, she knows exactly what I like and offers great advice. All the girls are so friendly and polite and it makes for a relaxing atmosphere

I’ve used Guisborough Saks for many years and always will. Sarah and her team are always very welcoming, friendly and are all great at their jobs.

I arrived with significantly damaged hair having stripped it several times in my attempt to go from dark brown to grey, unsuccessfully.
I had a really helpful consultation, a hair strand test against potential products and given options about hair treatment and colours.
My visit resulted in and amazing haircut and treatment to bring back much needed condition into my hair. I now have a clear plan to reach my goal to have grey hair which is in excellent condition.
I will become a regular Saks client. Thank you Alice. You have a very happy client.

Myself and my 14 year old daughter visited saks Guisborough for the first time today ..we had stylists Natalie & Ellie ...both where wonderful asking what we wanted and both so friendly ☺️ putting my daughter at ease as she hates a fuss.we where both asked if we wanted a drink which was a nice touch ....2 really lovely professional hairstylists that gave us exactly what we asked for ...if you are looking for a 1st class salon dont hesitate ..we will definitely be back thank you x

I’ve always believed hairdressers to be more than simply hairdressers. They’re artists, scientists, psychologists, advisors and Ellie has to be the best all-rounder I’ve ever met. She is also brave and professional. I came to the salon today, frustrated with my fine, lank hair and insisted I wanted it all chopping off. She advised me to go just a little shorter for the time being and that a good cut would give me body and an easily manageable style. Of course, the customer isn’t always right and an experienced hair stylist does know what’s best. So thank you Ellie for having the confidence to save me from myself. I love my new ‘do’!

Very friendly staff. Professional service. My stylist today was Ellie, very good. Asked what I wanted and kept checking with me if I was happy with cut. Radio noise was a bit too loud, could do with more relaxing music.

The team we all so welcoming and genuinely felt like they were having fun. It’s a lovely atmosphere. Alice was an absolute star, she made me feel welcome & relaxed immediately, and she chatted the whole way through. The first salon I’ve ever been in.
