Natalie was brilliant! I had a DIY chop disaster and she fitted me in next day, fixed it perfectly and made me feel amazing again. She was calm, kind, and understanding—zero judgment! Highly recommend!
Natalie was lovely and did a really good job.The only downer was at the till and I had been quoted around £109 but it turned out to be £141.Maybe would have thought twice if I,d known earlier but I was pleased with the hairdo so didn't want to complain.

I attended for a colour and style and was very satisfied with my experience. My hair was washed by Rose who also attended to me at checkout. Sarah coloured, cut and styled my hair an offered to style it slightly different as I was going to an event in the evening. First time at the salon, I felt immediately welcomed by Sarah and very quickly felt safe in her hands.When I left the salon my hair looked and felt better than it had done for years. I haven't washed it yet and 3 days later it still looks good. I hope when I wash it and style it myself it still works. I don't normally enjoy visits to the hairdressers however I enjoyed this one.

I had to change my appointment at short notice but the wonderful staff managed to fit me in with Natalie - not my usual stylist. Despite the salon being really busy, Natalie listened carefully to what I wanted and I left the salon very happy. Visiting Saks Guisborough is always a great experience with incredibly friendly staff who always make you feel like they are genuinely pleased to see you.
