Unfortunately I went with a different stylist than I had had previously and the colour was not what I had asked for. Spoke to the manager and she offered me to go back to rinse the toner out but as I have looked closer at home, the colour is in blocks and I'm having to style it very particularly to avoid the sharp contrast. Have been happy with previous experiences, however do not feel able to return now.

If you are looking for a new hairdressers or a change then I thoroughly recommend a visit to Saks in Guisborough. My longterm hairdresser has recently retired so I was recommended to Maisie at Saks. On entering the salon everyone makes you feel at ease they are extremely friendly and accommodating. Maisie was amazing made me feel completely at ease, was so friendly along with her Sister Maddie who is also a credit to the Salon created my new colour. Also not forgetting to mention Rosie who put a lovely curl in my hair so I left the salon feeling super. Hairdressers can sometimes be daunting especially for anxious people but Saks in Guisborough really is a great salon. I cannot recommend them enough.

After deciding to try Saks in Guisborough for a change today, I was pleasantly surprised to receive some really good advice from my stylist Sarah. I had been trying to grow my hair but was fed up with its lacklustre style so was prepared to cut it off. However, Sarah encouraged me to first try some layers and add some shape before going for the chop! I’m so pleased I did! My hair feels thick and vital again and is such a versatile cut. I can still wear it up when I go to the gym and it will be so easy to wear, huge thank you Sarah!
