Jess always makes me feel welcome. I love the little touches such as a lovely mince pie and a coffee.
I always feel in control as to what happens with my hair. Jess makes great suggestions as to how I would like my hair doing which is much appreciated. I never feel pressured into having something I don't want.

I’ve had such a relaxing hour with jasmine, starting off with a head and shoulder massage from one of the trainees followed by a good hair wash and scalp massage then onto my cut which feels so much better!

This is about the fifth appointment at this salon and with Claire. I can honestly say I have never had a hairdresser who is so bothered about getting it right for the customer, as well as meeting her own standards and high expectations. I’ve been going to the Guisborough salon for a few years now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. From entering and being greeted by Fiona, and having my hair done by the stylists and assistants, I feel really welcomed! Macey is really attentive and goes through everything I need to know. The products used at the salon are gorgeous and the little touches like head and shoulder massages, and drinks and biscuits, make the whole experience of having my hair done a real treat.
