Lauren doesn’t. Usually do my hair but Heather was fully booked! Heather advised Lauren about my hair before I arrived and she did a brilliant job!

Discussed with Grace about a new colour for me it turned out lovely very pleased with it Grace is lovely lots of advice etc

I came from Ireland to a Christmas Party in Norwich , and got my hair and makeup done in this salon. From the first phonecall I made the girls were so friendly and helpful as I wasn't sure of where was close to my venue. When I went in there was a warm welcome from all the staff and I was very pleased with the outcome of my hair and makeup and had great craic getting to know Grace. If I'm back ok Norwich again I will definitely revisit this salon.

Ruby coloured my hair, such a great natural looking colour and she did a beautiful cut. She really helped me decide what to do with my fringe and I love it. Thank you ❤️

Great cut as usual. Asked for a wave to be put in which she happily did.

Didn’t like the chairs changed to near the door, I had to put my coat back on as it was so cold sitting there. It was so much nicer with the chairs actually in the salon as it’s always been.

Never had Hannah before, but was very happy with how she cut coloured and styled my hair.

I booked a double app with my mum and our stylist was great.She always cuts our hair exactly as we like it and we never feel rushed or that anything is too much trouble..Have rebooked for another appointment and to be honest wouldn't go anywhere else

Really pleased with my haircut, Karla-Leigh is always so lovely, and really takes time to check what I want and that I'm happy.

Ruby lovely as always - good hair experience - really pleased

Lauren is always very good and is really the only reason why I have stayed. There are good aspects about the salon refurbishment but I really dislike the waiting area near the door. It is far too cramped and is going to be really horrible in the winter sitting near people's soggy coats hanging on the TWO flimsy coat hooks..

Heather brilliant as always. I love changes to salon layout. Modern, light, bright. And that's from someone who doesn't really like change!! All staff very welcoming.

This was my second visit to the Drayton salon and just as I did on my first visit, I left feeling very happy. Karla-Leigh is an exceptional stylist, who listened to me and delivered exactly what I asked for. Absolutely love my new brunette hair 🤎

went to Ruby Tuesday Hair with hair that looked like it was going through an identity crisis—faded, grey and definitely not Instagram-ready. Ruby worked her magic, helped me choose a darker shade (because apparently “mystery and glamour” is the vibe I was missing in my life), and wow… I walked out looking like I belong in a shampoo commercial.

She didn’t just help me pick a colour, she basically saved me from making a terrible “DIY box dye at 2 a.m.” life choice. Now my hair is glossy, gorgeous, and the kind of dark shade that says “I’ve got my life together,” even if I’m still eating cereal for dinner.

If you’re thinking of changing your colour—trust Ruby. She’s basically the fairy godmother of hair, but with better scissors and way more style.

Getting too expensive I feel you need to be careful or you’ll lose customers

Lauren is a very professional hairstylist. I have a permanently damaged shoulder and Lauren styles my hair so that it is so easy for me to manage and I always feel that my hair looks good. Very professional and helpful young lady.

Great to catch up with Kelly and have a tidy trim too!

A treat for me, very pleased with result and very pleasant hour spent with Grace.
