Ruby always does a fabulous job with my hair and I’m never disappointed with the results. She really takes the time to listen to what I want and makes sure everything is done perfectly.
What I appreciate most is how she goes out of her way to fit me in, even working later to accommodate my busy working life when it’s difficult for me to get away from work. That level of dedication and care for her clients really makes a difference.
If you’re looking for a talented stylist who genuinely cares about her clients and consistently delivers amazing results, Ruby is the one to see! Highly recommend.

Grace coloured my roots and she washed and blow dried my hair then she put put beach waves in my hair as I wanted to see what it would look like as I am going to a party in 3 weeks so was looking to book and an appointment for her to do them for me i was very pleased with the result and have booked an appointment for her to do them for the party

Ruby is amazing. My little boy is 16 months old and has been to Ruby for 3 hair cuts. He is wiggly but Ruby has so much patience and supportive with trying to keep him still. His hair looks amazing.

Karla is a lovely friendly person. She does my hair very nicely. I feel relaxed in the salon and get offered a drink.

Have been having my hair cut with Lauren for years and I've always been happy with the cut and blow dry I have.Lauren is always very chatty and friendly and takes the time yo listen to what I want done to my hair.Its a lovely atmosphere at the salon and new furniture brings it right up to date..

We absolutely love hannah! She is so great with my daughter who finds being in places for long periods hard. When myself and my two daughters are in either salon we are always greeted with a cheerful hello followed by a refreshment. Conversations flow between clients and staff throughout our time there. Both shops are fun, quirky and unique. Hannah always makes our time there fun, relaxed and there is plenty of giggles all round. Ruby and her team definitely knows great customer service and we will continue to visit.

It would not let me pick Heather’s name, but Heather is my Stylist, a real professional and makes me feel relaxed and a great person to have a chat with whilst she’s busy styling my hair. I’m one happy lady when I leave the salon 😁

Lovely people, can’t fault the service or quality if the cut but for a men’s standard cut without wash at £24. It’s on the expensive side. I am likely to look elsewhere because of this

I came from Ireland to a Christmas Party in Norwich , and got my hair and makeup done in this salon. From the first phonecall I made the girls were so friendly and helpful as I wasn't sure of where was close to my venue. When I went in there was a warm welcome from all the staff and I was very pleased with the outcome of my hair and makeup and had great craic getting to know Grace. If I'm back ok Norwich again I will definitely revisit this salon.
