Hannah’s been doing my hair colour for some time now and she always does a great job. My hair is tricky and the grey roots stubborn and also not all colour dye works on my hair, but I’ve always had good results. The atmosphere in the salon is always nice and welcoming and Hannah is just lovely.
Highly recommended.

First time at Ruby Tuesday salon on Avenue Road. I chose it for location (I live locally), availability and price. Additionally there’s customer parking.

I liked the “book online” system, and I liked the “reminder text”, it doesnt feel pushy or patronising, it had a friendly vibe and could be useful. The salon takes cash or card and when I made the appt I had to pay a deposit and honestly, I quite liked that too as it feels professional, the salon doesn't want time wasters and the commitment feels mutual and aligns with the online booking system and reminder text.

I chose an express haircut and was offered a wet cut or a dry cut. It’s a speedy 30 min appointment which suited me but there was time to look at photos, get advice, conversation and it didnt feel rushed. The premises were OK. My stylist was Hannah, I liked her, I liked the way she chatted with the client before me and I liked the way she greeted the client after me. Overall a great first experience.

Fantastic how talented booked in up to Christmas. Absolutely brilliant. My nails and cuticles were really in bad condition. 2 sessions in are they are looking stunning so happy. Lovely staff too.

This was my little girl's first hair cut (4 years old) and from the moment we arrived we were put at ease! Karla was so friendly and kind. She ran all decisions by both of us and made my girl feel really special! And of course she did her hair beautifully. Will definitely come again!

I had my nails done by Lizzie and I honestly couldn’t be happier with them! 💅✨ She did an amazing job, paying such great attention to detail, and my nails look absolutely gorgeous. Ruby cuts and styles my hair beautifully every 6 weeks or so. It is always a pleasure to spend an hour in the salon with such a friendly team.

Great service, I went to the wrong salon but they still managed to see me, Grace was lovely!

This was the worst experience . When I arrived, in the salon was a man and other customers and I was asked in front of everyone if I was there for a wax. I felt very uncomfortable, they never heard of Privacy and Dignity . The therapist was planning to give me an underarm , bikini and long legs waxing with my dress on . That should have been a red flag ! When waxing my inside thighs she was unable to remove the wax saying it was because I was sweating. I have had waxing many times in hot weather but I have never experienced this problem before. Another therapist took over. My thighs were extremely sore and bruised ,no one said sorry . The second therapist was not very professional either. Her long hair was not tied back and I could feel it brushing against my legs and other areas. I couldn't wait to be out of there. What upset me the most was that no one apologised and on they also texted me for a review. I wish I could post a picture to see how bad it is
I had to give them one star because they would not let me submit !

Good trim resets style

The option for the stylist was not there. Izzy was so good. - attentive, listened to what i wanted, professional, lovely personality which is important.

Today me and my sister both got our hair dyed, I got mine trimmed and highlighted and she got hers dyed and highlighted. The service was amazing and all of the girls in there were so nice and really made such a comforting and calm environment! I will definitely be coming back! Karla-Leigh was such a sweetheart, she was so gentle and did amazing work on both of our hair! Will be asking for her again!

My first visit and was recommended by a friend who uses the salon. I had a lovely welcome from Hannah, my stylist. She explained what needed doing with my cut. Super hair wash with a nice head massage. Hair dried and curled and I am more than pleased with both the cut and style. Have booked another couple of appointments and shall be visiting a lot more. Thank you

Grace was amazing from consultation to final result. She listened to what I wanted and really talked me through different processes. She’s so lovely and friendly too which made for a really nice experience. After being disappointed elsewhere she’s really brought me back to feeling like myself and I can’t explain how pleased I am with the colour!

As always Ruby is amazing fab hair and a very lively lady to talk too xx

I’ve just got home from my first visit to Ruby Tuesday and I’m so chuffed I found them.
Grace went above and beyond, moving a few extensions for me and cutting my hair so carefully and beautifully.
Everyone was so friendly and it was very reasonably priced. Can’t fault them. Great little salon.

Just love this place. All the girls are pure sunshine and make my experience the best. I usuallly work with Karla-Lee and Iz, and they are both just excellent. Thanks guys <3

I have been seeing Izzy for a wash, blowdry and style recently (a few times). Izzy is the new apprentice at Ruby Tuesday’s and I have to say I’ve come away very happy each time. I have soft curls put in and they last for days!!!!! Looking forward to my next one already…..

Grace gives my hair a trim & style as very fine hair & suffering loss due to meds so I feel good when it’s done

Having had the same headdresser for the last 40 years, I suppose this makes me a hard to please customer, but i am more than happy with the ladies at the salon, they are a great team who works together really well and are very helpful. They are very good at listening and when asked, give you their honest opinion. Ruby cuts my hair and today she had Bethany, I believe her name was, assist her with my color. All the girls are so good at listening and making the experience absolutely delightful, thank you to you all x
