Thank you for taking the time to review your last visit at KAM and we are glad to see that your service with Kayleigh was to your liking. We also thank you for taking the time to let us know of your concerns regarding the deposit requirement.

As a salon, we have always had the policy in place where any larger appointments or packages do require a deposit to secure the booking. We understand that due to the cost of living increasing, everyone is budgeting more month to month. Sadly we have also been affected by increasing costs and with every guest that then does not show for an appointment, the salon itself has to cover the cost of time lost.

We do not wish to make any of our guests feel as though they are being penalised for booking ahead, but please understand that many small businesses have had to put a deposit system in place. We will always transfer or refund any deposit paid if the correct notification is given to reschedule or cancel the appointment.
