Back to my happy place. I walk in feeling stressed after a hard days work and I am greeted with a happy smiley face and the stresses of the day have gone by the time I sit down. I feel so chilled when in the salon from the amazing latte to the happy and chatty hairdresser to the wonderful atmosphere and not forgetting the massage chairs while having your hair washed and not forgetting the wonderful head massage from Abbi. Thank you so much Chapter One I now feel so relaxed and ready for the weekend

My appointment started 45 minutes late.
The colour was poorly applied and my complaint poorly managed with complete disregard for my customer experience.
I would not recommend this hair salon.

Paul is an amazing stylist but more than that he really cares about his clients and making sure they are comfortable. The kindness and sensitivity he has shown for a dear friend with terminal cancer has been simply extraordinary. Thank you. I can’t recommend or applaud him and Natalie enough for the fantastic team they have built and continue to develop.

Paul is a perfectionist,very talented and makes me look and feel amazing.

Always a treat - very relaxing and the results are always wonderful. A real treat to get my hair straightened and the colour is always vibrant and complimented by the cut. Newtongrange is a definite oasis at this time.

First time with chapter one and loved it, girls were lovely...felt so relaxed it was a really enjoyable time...looking forward to going back.

Another great pampering session . I looked like I had been dragged through a hedge when I ran in. After 2 hours of colour , head massage , conditioning , cut , straightening- I was refreshed !

It was almost five months since my last appointment before Lockdown, so my roots were out of control and my hair felt dry and in need of some serious attention.

Thankfully, Heather was able to work her magic and completely transform it. She packed on the foils in no time and my hair is now back to blonde - looking shiny, bright and healthy.
