Very please with the service and my hairstyle thank you

My last visit was prior to lockdown so over 16 weeks ago, from the simplicity of booking my appointment to the relaxed feeling of the salon I now feel so much better. Aimee is wonderful at making me feel comfortable and at ease, so much so I nearly fell asleep at the back wash!!! Nothing was to much and is a world of change the salon may look different but my experience was still amazing and my hair now looks stunning,nothing is to difficult for Aimee, not even 16 weeks of black root growth and post natal hair loss - she really is the best of the best!!! I’m now back to my ‘natural blonde’.
The atmosphere was upbeat and pleasant, everything was clean and protected and I felt completely safe. Thanks team Vision, I’ve missed you all so much, see you in 6 weeks xx

So much thought and hard work to keep everything and everyone as safe as possible has clearly gone into the re- opening, I don't know what more a salon could possibly do! Thank you for a pleasant experience,as always and a lovely haircut too.

Every time Hannah does my hair I can never fault it. Until I came to vision and had Hannah do my hair I never liked it but I love The results Hannah gives every time. Under the circumstances Hannah made me feel comfortable and safe and she was even cleaning up after other stylists as well as her own space constantly. Amazing service all around

All the stylists at vision are brilliant, love my colour every time. The salon was constantly being cleaned so I felt very safe and happy having my hair done. Hannah was lovely and gave brilliant service and colour!!

Felt safe with all the measures put in place. Aimee is always friendly and her knowledge of techniques in style and colour are amazing, never disappoints wouldn’t go any where else ??

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a gun !!
To take my temperature I was told where the sanitizer was I was shown to my seat Aimiee had full ppe on the salon layout is fab I would highly

I would like to thank Vison, For their outstanding effort in the lengths their have gone to for their clients safety. As a NHS NURSE and having worked throughout this covid 19 pandemic, I was nervous and apprehensive of my appointment but there honestly was no need to worry. After being met with a friendly welcome then on entry having my temperature , taken escorted to my seat given my disposable gown with isolation screens, with 2m social distancing, all staff in PPE staff constantly cleaning was commendable it was clear to see the value for the clients and staffs safety was paramount OUTSTANDING ??? A truely satisfied customer and look forward to my next appointment where I have no hesitation in taking my 3 children ?

The salon and all it’s staff but particularly Aimee go above and beyond. The salon is clean, takes safety measures very seriously and most of all make you feel at ease throughout. The service is exceptional each time and I couldn’t imagine ever going to another salon now. Well worth a visit - can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic service as always

Absolutely fantastic.... was a little anxious about coming, but from before stepping in the door, seeing all the hygiene measures put in place, temperatures being taken, all the antibacterial products protective screens etc and how all members of the team were kitted in their PPE making sure everything was sanitised regularly throughout my visit quickly put my worries at ease. Finally feel myself again has been the highlight of the whole lockdown. Amazing Team...
