Very happy with my haircut. Hair feels and looks fab. Sophie is lovely, friendly. Salon was clean & felt safe. Lots of measures in place but still welcoming and comfortable. All the staff are great from Paula to Delia. Would definitely recommend and will be back soon.

Really pleased with my hair thanks to Sophie today , first visit since lockdown , finally feel like me again . From arriving at the salon to leaving everything has been thought through to make your visit feel pleasant but remaining safe , very re assuring and love having my hair short again see you again soon.

As expected - service, cut and COVID 19 safety Measures all excellent. Only reason for dropped star on atmosphere is new safety regs prevent the usually “buzz” of the salon. No complaints whatsoever

I had my first appointment with sue before lockdown, I was recovering after being attacked in Liverpool. Sue made me feel relaxed, and my family wer amazed at the change in me. It was the start of a new life. Thank you so., for understanding, and being kind .

Great to be back again a few weeks after my first visit after lockdown and Iam very pleased with my hair And the expertise of Mel the service provided By all staff making sure the environment is safe for all who come into and work in the salon with the added hot weather on top still made it service with a smile thanks guys

I have been shielded during the peak of Covid I worried about going to a salon but at Toni and Guy in St Helens my safety and that of others is paramount . Right down to people opening the door for you so that you don’t have to touch it .

My 1st visit with Sophie and it was a pleasure she’s very good at her job talked me threw everything and made me feel at ease

Prior to coming to Toni & Guy I had never been back to the same hairdressers more than twice, I have been coming to Paula for my cut and Roger for my colour now since this salon first opened. They listen to you, but will also advise and also suggest other options for you. I was a little nervous going for the first time after lockdown, but felt absolutely safe at the appointment. Missed my coffee but a very small price to pay for walking out with a great haircut and colour. Looking forward to my next visit.

Sophie makes recommendations as she is the expert. The results where great, exactly how she explained they would be. Nice head massage with the shampoo and conditioner and checked I was ok whilst the colour took.

I recommend Lauren to everyone who asks “can you recommend a good hairdresser”... she is consistently brilliant at cutting hair and I always leave feeling like I’ve got the perfect cut, even after 8+ years! (I’ve lost count!).

Lovely to be able to return to the salon again after such a long break. Love my cut and blow dry by Sophie look forward to returning again soon ?

It was so good to actually get my hair cut after so long. The salon was very safe with good procedures in place and all wearing p.p.e. My new Bob is lovely I feel great.

I felt safe and very comfortable with all the covid precautions put into place. Sue did a great job, I'm very happy with the service.

I have to be honest I thought that the service I received was outstanding and I didn’t believe the normal service could be topped as it is always first rate. From being booked back in following the closure to the appointment everything was fantastic. The new guidelines have obviously made a difference but I was made to feel completely comfortable and reassured that Roger and Sophie were not only doing their best to keep me safe but also to make it an enjoyable experience. I’m delighted with my hair (as always! ) and really enjoyed being back.

My visit was in the 1st week after Covid . The salon was spotless , screens in place with Social distancing . Hand sanitizers everywhere. Everything disposable. Paula wore PPE mask and apron and I was given a mask. My hair apt ran on time even with the extra cleaning after each client. I have been coming here for several years and have complete trust in Paula and how she cuts my hair. Fabulous salon x

Roger did my colour and Paula did my cut. They are amazing - made me look and feel 20 years younger.

Not been to salon since 19th March. Felt very safe on first entering the Salon. Had colour done wonderful by Roger and Excellent cut by Paula. Everything was very well spaced out and adhered to the social distancing rules, but still kept the wonderful friendly normal atmosphere of Tony and Guy, ST Helens.

Really good, very friendly, good advice before hand Then I just left the hair cut to Lauren.Really made up with it, lovely cut and easy to manage, which is what I wanted, loving the pixie cut again after a long time of letting it grow. Thank you Lauren x

I was going for something completely different but I was consulted from start to finish. I was made aware that it would take time to get the results I want but I left really happy with how my hair looks now, I can only imagine how happy I will be when we get it absolutely right ?❤️

Today I had a full head of highlights with treatment and Melanie did a brilliant job my hair is getting better& better as time goes on, another member of staff did The wash & blowdry for me,was very attentive and the end result was outstanding! Thanks to all the staff for staying so cheerful & positive at this time.

From start to Finnish I was looked after and the stylist Sophie was brilliant at ensuring I made the right decision in what hairstyle I wanted.
She was also very friendly, see you again Sophie thanks x
