When I was much younger I used to stress about going to the hairdressers. It wasn’t really ‘me’ time as I was always thinking about what I could say (yes, going out tonight! ) and stressing about the end result. So that’s why I’m so glad I’ve found Paula and Roger. Always delighted with the results, always have a real conversation - it’s a genuinely enjoyable experience. And they give me an honest opinion. Brilliant.

Really disappointed following my visit and don’t know what to do!!!!! The salon was a lovely as ever with great atmosphere. I arrived for my second colour on my journey to a complete change. My colour is lovely but my cut is completely wrong and felt that there was no consultation on how I would want my cut just a blunt cut that is way to short, no style resulting in the cut not matching my face or style.To top it off last night ended up having a very uncomfortable reaction on my face from what only I can assume is the foils as nothing else has touch my face. Not really what you want paying over £135.

Walked out of the salon today with a fresh new look from the latest collection. Lauren knows me so well and had already thought about the look we could create and of course it looks amazing.

Had a full colour change and style, my experience was excellent as ever with Rodger talking through what he was doing and then advising me on what would be best.
Then onto Lauren who talked through different styles and did a restyle. I'm delighted with my hair it's beautiful! Thank you

I absolutely love the way Sue cuts my hair. It's my second visit and again I've come out delighted with the look. It's also a really wonderful thing to have found a hairdresser who is happy to work in relative quiet So I don't feel the pressure of having to make small talk with someone I don't really know very well I love the fact that she concentrates on the cut rather than finding out about me!! I'm sure it's why she cuts so well.

Brilliant as always. My hair is gorgeously coloured as always, then styled by Paula to make me feel 20 years younger! Super friendly staff, fab magazines and delicious coffee add to a fab experience.

After “cheating” with another hairdresser, I scuttled back to Tony and Guy and after two appointments with Max, I now no longer look like a mushroom head. He understood my “disobedient” hair and has built a good cut that I can do at home. Thank you Max!
