***** was lovely. But i felt as if 4hours in the salon was far too long for the service required. Also disappointed the next morning when i reviewed my hair in my own mirror and felt as if my hair was one block colour rather than a head of highlights. Very expensive with a poor result. Will be revisiting salon today.
As always Ashleigh, Pip and staff were so friendly and professional.

Julie was amazing with my two feral boys.. Totally listened to my wishes before and had the patience of a saint with them. They are both happy to go for haircuts- which for a 6 and a 4 year old is amazing.

I've been coming to the Birkdale salon for over 15 years dispite moving house in that time so Birkdale is no longer my nearest hairdressers. I still go there because the staff are always friendly and do a great job especially stylist Julie
