I called into the salon to see if I could have shellac nails - so pleased I did as I was fitted in with Faye who did a lovely job she let me select shades and tried them my nail to check for the perfect colour. I mentioned I was going to the races and had an early pick up on Saturday morning and was dreading doing my own hair on the day. Faye suggested a curly blow and pin curls and went to check if a stylist was available. Had a great experience in the “Lather Lounge” with massage chair and feet up. Hair was shampooed and conditioned by Lydia, who was knowledgeable in recommending shampoo and conditioner for my hair type. Stylist Chloe dried my hair in lovely bouncy curls and pinned up ready to let down on Saturday morning. So pleased that I will now have a stress free Saturday morning. Salon as always was so clean and staff so friendly. Highly recommend both hair and beauty in this professional and welcoming salon.

My visits to Carl Keith Salon have extended back more than 30 years. I’ve seen salon changes, staff changes, system changes but the one thing that stays constant throughout is the excellent standard of service and the professionalism of staff members. For me it’s a pleasure to go there and sit for however long it takes to have my hair washed, styled or highlighted with my feet up, my back massaged by high tech chairs, coffee and biscuits offered, magazines, newspapers to mull through and light and entertaining conversation to engage in. I come out wearing a sharp haircut with exciting colour feeling I’ve had a real treat. I hope I’m still going there when I’m very old and grey!!!
Jane was amazing with her Scissors since getting pregnant my hair has gone so thick and she did a fabulous cut thank you so much !!

I have been going to the Carl Keith salon for many years and think it's better than many expensive Liverpool salons I have visited. Jane, my stylist, understands my hair completely and always does an amazing job. Her own hair is luscious too! Eileen is a lovely stylist as well! Fay, one of the beauticians, is a fantastic advert for her own profession: she looks gorgeous - and makes my nails gorgeous too! It is a very relaxing experience going there; complete with a choice of refreshments and a professional, friendly atmosphere. A fabulous salon!

I went with a colour goal but no idea how it would, or if it could, be done. Lilly was fantastic and so knowledgeable that the end result is more than I hoped it would be and so natural looking. Can't recommend them and Lilly enough.

A truly wonderful salon with great staff. Took my 10 year old daughter for her first hairdresser experience (always used mobile in the past). They treated her like a princess. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

I've been going to this salon for 6 years now and the standard of care taken with all customers is definately of high quality. I have been through a cancer diagnosis and recovered causing a range of hair issues and restyles etc. The girls have been 100% supportive, understanding and sympathetic to all my needs. They listen to your needs and advise you accordingly. Through discussions and very knowledgable explanations they have always produced amazing results that i have been 100% happy with. No matter who cuts your hair you are on for a winner! Dont think i will ever leave!! Thank you girls xx
