Very happy with my colour/cut with Chloe, lovely to be back in a lovely hairdressers. Only one comment .person who washed my hair , 4 times I had to tell her the water was too hot! Isn’t she supposed to check it before putting it on my hair? Otherwise couldn’t fault the salon .
Faye is fabulous and loved being back in the salon with her for a long overdue mani/pedicure! Made me feel safe and comfortable throughout
I thought things seem to be working well, & Carl did a good job on my hair.
Maybe rethink white stand right next to door and staff with no mask on letting you in and out. The distancing wasn’t observed. Reception has screen, why not be behind it? Face coverings in lather lounge not great, they just get wet. Overall good distancing and thought has gone in.

It was great to come and have my hair done today after so long. The salon was very well prepared for the safety of their clients. Jane restyled my hair to how I liked to wear it before lockdown ... as usual, a superb cut and blow dry ... thanks Jane, I feel great!!
Phew!! Had a well needed colour, cut ms blue at Carl Keith's with Chloe - the colour and highlights are lovely and my hair feels soft and shiny and in really good condition now. Fab The salon felt like a nice she, clean environment too??
Fantastic service you have thought of everything I Even sanitizer on pens and combs felt totally safe and looked after I am suffering bad anxiety because if current situation had Councelling to help and not been out until my visit for whole lockdown amazing I was totally at ease nice to see all staff involved in making things work love the throw away towels notice system on seats to alert if been sanitizerd and nice touch to give bag for personal items and as usual 100% satisfied with service from stylist Kyle he is amazing ??
It is always a pleasure coming to this salon. It is extremely clean and very well run. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Never disappointed when i walk out of the salon.
Really enjoyed my cut and colour today with Carl first after lockdown. Never had a bad experience in over 23 years. Really missed my 4 to 6 week appointments. Really impressed with all the hard work completed with alterations due to social distancing and adhering to government guidelines. Well done everyone.... See you soon

Salon had gone to great effort to guarantee customers and staff safety but, when it came to paying, prices had increased by a massive 20% and no honouring of any vouchers or discounts, with no prior mention of this to customers.

So today at 9am I went for my first trip to Carl Keith since March. Bearing in mind since I was 21 (47 now) I’ve been to there pretty much every 3-4 weeks ☺️ I could not be more excited.
I am incredibly impressed with today’s experience under what is the strangest of circumstances. Carl Wendy and all the girls have done an amazing job in creating a safe environment for us to finally get our hair done. From opening the door, sanitiser given on arrival, my own gown and towels in sealed bags to face covers whilst having my hair washed and all the hairdressers wearing full face screens it felt very safe and well organised yet still as friendly with a lovely atmosphere as before. I am more than happy with my experience. Huge thanks to Lois for sorting out my lockdown hair it feels amazing. See you all in another 3 weeks x
