I’ve been going to Carl keith for as long as I can remember, about 10 years and always loved my hair. I left feeling positive until I got home and realised how short and uneven my layers were. I had bleach half head highlights which we realised were about 1/4 of my head, half were to the roots half weren’t, the underneath of my hair is a very dark blonde. The contrast between the top of my head and the under layer was shocking, there was no blending, all my layers were the same length after explaining I had them both short and long, and it looked absolutely terrible. Ended up buying a bleach box to help lighten my hair underneath so it didn’t look like I had 2 different colours of hair, it was shocking.
Very nice cut, well inpressed, daughter is made up with it. Just the way we wanted it.
Friendly and helpful staff especially when shops and businesses are reopening due to being closed because of lockdown. Hard working while trying to keep themselves and their clients healthy and safe.

So dissatisfied with my hair it is a mess very sorry but lily has hacked my hair.I know I wanted it short but not skinned and what it costs in your salon is just too much . When I am happy with my hair fine but not when I am not . Love my nails that day does ....even the colour I am not happy with.
