Was treated with great understanding and care when walked into Rusa. Petra listened as I told her in a moment of madness that I had had a very unhappy experience elsewhere. ( won’t be doing that again :) ) my hair was very short. Petra put back in a great shape and corrected the lopsidedness . Then she chipped into my hair carefully. Had my roots done speeded up with a lovely warm heat Lovely natural blonde colour. Had a lovely treatment. Total Bliss and makes a big difference to Condition of hair. Two nice hot drinks on such a cold day, and even my favourite magazine Spirit and Destiny to read. Very very happy with my hair now. 100% recommend.
