I can't say enough good things about my experience with Frankie. Always welcoming, and makes me feel right at home. Fantastic colour choices for me and has turned my sad postpartum box dyed hair into gorgeous, bright, bold locks that have brought back my confidence. Cannot recommend Frankie and Voodou enough! Thank you!!

Brilliant and polite

Lucy has quite literally made me feel like a million dollars! It's my second time having her colour and style my hair and I honestly can't praise her enough! I couldn't be happier and she always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. If I'm completely honest, she is the best hairdresser I have ever had! Thank you so much again Lucy, you absolutely beauty star! Xox

Whilst he is very friendly and chatty, to say I am disappointed with my hair cut today is an understatement. I showed him the picture of the style I wanted and he assured me that he could style my Bob that way Short and wispy. However….. the results was disastrous!!!! Absolutely NOTHING like the picture. I was so upset, I couldn’t leave the salon quick enough.
I then went immediately to another stylist in another salon to try and salvage my hair. Sadly, after reviewing the cut, my only option was a short back and sides. The new stylist was horrified at how my hair was cut. The sides and back did not match. One side was longer than the other!!!! I am so upset but too embarrassed to express my disappointment. I now have to wait a very, very long time to grow my hair out. I did my research before booking my appointment. his reviews were very good (with emphasis on hair extensions). He appears to be the top stylist at the salon and paying the top fee for a cut and style was reassurance for me when booking.
I will not be returning to Voudoo.

I had my hair done on Sunday by Scott and I waited till I had to style my hair to write a review to see if the haircut would still look nice if I styled it myself as I have curly hair and it did!! He was so nice and accommodating the entire time and was explaining everything to me and asking if I was okay with everything. He also recommended me products to use for my hair and they're actually so good and worth the price! Will definitely come back to get my hair done by Scott again🫶

My girlfriend and I have both had the pleasure of having our hair cut, dyed and styled at the studio with Megan being our stylist. She has gone absolutely above and beyond our expectations and her work speaks for itself. I don't think there's a dye job or hair issue she can't tackle with gorgeous results. She was down to earth and listened to what we wanted while remaining realistic about what would be achievable while considering our own hair goals.

All of the staff that we interacted with made us feel seen, safe and ridiculously gorgeous. Everyone was lovely, friendly and encouraging of our out-there styles and personalities. I've personally never felt more comfortable in a salon. We also never ran out of drinks!

Voodou have absolutely earnt repeat customers and we are completely satisfied with the results

So happy with my hair today walked in with box dye ginger/blonde with wispy ends walked out with a natural blonde highlights and lowlights and a healthy cut looks amazing cannot thank Scott enough. Such a nice guy who gives the best advice but also makes you feel at ease, see you in 8 weeks Scott.

I’ve been going to Frankie for a while now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s always kind, polite, and has a great sense of humour, which just makes the whole experience even better. On top of that, she’s a proper professional — every haircut is spot on. I always leave the salon happy with the result. Highly recommend!

I can’t remember the name of my stylist but she was absolutely lovely, made me feel so comfortable and my hair looked absolutely UNREAL. will definitely be back (from Newcastle!).

Scott washed cut and styled my 11 year old daughter’s hair today. Not only did he help to cut the hair to donate to the little princess trust but he did a fantastic job giving her the wolf cut she wanted and made her feel at ease throughout. Would highly recommend stylist and hair salon had such a lovely vibe.

First time at Barbers at Voodoo and I will be defintley coming again. The atmosphere was great and I really enjoyed my experience. The young girl that washed my hair was funny, warm and chatty. Hayley gave me a great haircut which I am really happy with and was great fun to be around, really relaxed and I had a nice chat to her about all sorts of things. Hayley was very professional advising me on hair products as well as other services voodoo offer. Ill be rebookinh for next month.

Rene can really cut curly :) It has a great shape and lasts for ages so although this is more than I’d pay at my local salon, it’s well worth it. Will be back.

After such a long time of hating my hair due to damage and hair loss following surgery, I honestly didn’t think I’d ever feel confident about it again. But Frankie has completely changed that. She worked absolute magic — cutting and styling my hair in a way that makes it look so much thicker, healthier, and full of life again.

What meant the most was how kind and understanding she was throughout. She knew I was nervous about cutting my hair and took the time to really talk me through everything, making me feel comfortable and reassured every step of the way.
