Hayley was incredible! I booked a consultation first as I’d never bleached my hair before, and wanted advice on what would suit me and have time to speak through my jumbled ideas to form a plan. Hayley explained everything, boosted my confidence and I have come out with perfectly dyed calico hair and a styled hair cut that has made me more confident than I could imagine! I would definitely recommend and I’ve joined the colour club to become a consistent client 🧡

Mark and his assistant, feel really bad for not remembering her name… Blonde, young girl, Liv I believe?
They were both absolutely wonderful!!! I was sat at Marks chair for 4 hours and the time just flew by! Made me feel so comfortable and pampered!

I’ve been coming back to Hayley for around 3 years now, she was the first person to ever dye my hair, and i went from brunette to reddd - she really reassured me during my initial consultation and was so professional (i was v apprehensive and picky)! Ever since that first dye, i’ve been going back for her to dye my hair all different shades of red/dark aubergine kinda colour/copper w diff colour styles too! For over a year now i’ve been living in Bristol, and i make the journey to come get my hair done, i don’t trust anyone like Hayley lol and my hair is still soooo healthy, glossy and even when it grows out a lil between session, my roots have blended so nicely so i don’t look crazy at all!! She’s the most talented and detail oriented artist i’ve ever had and i don’t see myself going to anyone else! What an angel 💛

The price was twice as much as what I paid at my old salon but the experience here was ten times better. No waiting. I was given a private room as requested. Service was excellent, place was very clean.

My only gripe was that I had trouble booking with the online system but that was rectified quite easily after I contacted them on Whatsapp

Absolutely lovely service told her exactly what I wanted and she achieved that in one session I’m made up with my hair its so ashy instead of warm tones just like I wanted she even told me about a good purple shampoo for my hair and done a curly blow I absolutely love it really nice non judgemental environment good vibes all the way

The place itself is not bad, however I dint enjoy the results. My hairdresser was cold and dismissive of what I wanted. I wanted a drastic change, but left with minimal changes. I didn't felt I was heard or what I wanted was taken into account. All in all it was really general service which was very expensive. I could have gotten the same thing at college salon 4x times cheaper. Very disappointed as its such a popular salon. It was my first time but I won't be coming back. I'm already looking for another salon that will help me with alternative hairstyle and listen to me better. Such a shame. I'm starting uni in few weeks and wanted to add some extra confidence for myself. Disappointed.
