Bookies last minute as wanted to look smart for a special occasion - sadly 10 minutes late having to collect sons graduation suit trousers so hair cut but not blow dried - waste of time really and will have to do it myself . Nice staff but pushed for time so ... ?
We are sorry to hear that you were dissapointed by your experience at our salon Susan.
As you were over 15 minutes late to your appointment with us on the day and with Sundays being in such high demand being booked up in advance, our hands are tied if a client is late.
I am aware that the stylist either offered you a complimentary treatment with your cut or a blow dry as there was not time for both.
So situations like this can be avoided in the future we would advise that next time that you arrive on time or a couple of minutes early for your appointment as we do keep to our timings - it would have been unfair on the next client to make them wait for their appointment when arriving on time.

Was fitted in for a last minute appointment and had a half head highlights and cut and blow. Colour turned out super - despite my reservations post the consultation, I was proved wrong, and a nice blunt bob cut. Will definitely come again -thank you.

Can't say enough good things about Sophie. She's Incredibly talented cutting and colouring as well as really knowledgeable about all the technical sciency stuff when it comes to colouring. She has an amazing eye and knows exactly what styles will suit and work, and what won't. She's utterly epic.
