Amazing experience in the salon from start to finish, all the girls were very welcoming and friendly and I fully relaxed within minutes of being there. After years of having no colour on my hair I decided it was time for a change, Chelsea talked me through different options to see what I would prefer the outcome to look like and kept me updated throughout the whole process and I have come away loving and feeling so much better about my hair

First time chels did my hair, I was 100% satisfied. I had a simple toner but she made my hair look like a million pounds ?? Very friendly, very talented and overall a lovely person. Good luck Chels ? x

Great haircut.

Just moved to the area and was in desperate need of a hairdresser. I came across colour bar and Chelsea. I am so grateful to have found Chels, she was every bit of professional and friendly. She made sure I knew what was going on at all time and how she would be doing my hair. Which is what anyone needs when looking for a new long term hairstyles.

I've been to Louise a few times now (even since moving to live over an hour away, her expertise is still worth the trip!)
She always gives honest advice and opinions about my crazy ideas and is always so helpful so I feel I get the best out of my experience. I always leave with a bounce in my step after being treated like a Princess. Refreshments are next level and the atmosphere is so chilled. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Not only is she a master of her craft, but her vivacity and passion for hair shine brightly in her work. She effortlessly transformed my hair with a stunning cut, rich colour, and nourishing treatment that left it looking and feeling its absolute best. Throughout the entire process, her friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. If you want to leave the salon feeling like you've just stepped out of a hair advertisement, Hannah is the stylist to see. Highly recommended!

Hot and cold refreshments were provided too.

I booked in for half head foils and toner with Jess and it was a lovely experience as always, Jess is very friendly and always makes my hair look gorgeous and really listens to how I want it. I would never go anywhere else now I’ve found her :) also the colour bar makes the nicest lattes and have a really good focus on customer service !

Hollie has now done my hair a few times trying different styles she is very professional and always chats to me and asks about styles etc. Im looking forward to her cutting and colouring. Im happy for hollie to practise cutting on my hair as she is already fantastic and my hair is long so she can cut it and practise. I was hot and stressed yesterday when i came in. She looked after me got me a cold drink and gave me an amazing head massage .. wouldnt go anywhere else now!!! She is a huge asset to you! Keep working hard hollie x

Love this place! Jess is fab with her knowledge of colour, always takes the time to listen and very attentive. The lovely menu of teasand coffees are also a bonus!!!

Jess did a really amazing job at colouring my hair- I asked for half a head highlights with a cool toner, I showed her a reference picture and my hair turned out better than I could've imagined! The team even stayed past closing time to finish my hair and did a very thorough job. Lovely coffee and chill atmosphere- would definitely recommend!
