Bryony was absolutely fantastic! Right from the start, she took the time to sit down with me to really understand what I wanted. She asked all about how I look after my hair and how I style it day-to-day so she could find the perfect style for me. I absolutely loved my haircut, and she got it completely spot on! On top of her incredible professionalism, she was such an amazing, sympathetic lady who made me feel completely comfortable. The whole salon has a beautiful atmosphere, too. I couldn't be happier!

This is my second time seeing Hitomi and I was again super impressed. She takes so much care and attention listening and considering everything carefully. There is no pressure and she is happy to advise and help. My colour was exactly what I wanted and the cut is great too. Hitomi even took time to show me how to style my hair. I will definitely be back, it’s a really lovely place and the whole team are super friendly.

Everything about the visit was amazing, Bryonys the first hairdresser that’s ever spoken in depth about my hair and when we did a consultation she was very thorough even when doing my hair. The atmosphere in the salon was lovely, just felt easy, people chatty made you feel at ease. It was most definitely a fabulous start to my day of self care 🧡

I have been using this salon since it opened and would never want to go anywhere else. Bryony has created a little oasis of a hair salon characterised by a very real community feel because of the interest and care she takes in each of her customers. Bryony has also assembled a wonderful, hand-picked team to work with her and a visit to B’Spoke accordingly feels like visiting a fantastic bunch of old friends. And the hair care, cuts and colours are great too!

A lovely early morning experience. I leave the decisions to the experts in the salon and am always pleased and relaxed about the experience.

Warm welcome as always from Chris which always includes help with parking my mobility scooter. Thoughtful discussion as to how hair has behaved since last cut and any changes I'd like. Hitomi suggested some reshaping, and there was no pressure to have longer blow dry. Always feel it's a collaboration here and that's one of the the things I appreciate.

Hitomi listened to me and discussed in detail my hair, what style I wanted and what she thought would suit it best. She also gave me great advice as to how to manage and style my hair following the cut.

Bryony is an amazing person who knows her job so well.. no matter what problems I have had previously she always have the solution.. Bryony clearly has the passion for the hair and all of the conditions.. its not only a haircut but a proper consultation at the same time.. love coming to this salon 💕 also Hotomi is an amazing stylist as well, have been client to both of them for few years..

As always I had a lovely experience at B'Spoke hairdressing salon. It's such a friendly salon and Hitomi takes time to discuss what style to cut and I'm always pleased with the outcome. They make my dog feel welcome too and she loves accompanying me there.
