A lovely early morning experience. I leave the decisions to the experts in the salon and am always pleased and relaxed about the experience.

Warm welcome as always from Chris which always includes help with parking my mobility scooter. Thoughtful discussion as to how hair has behaved since last cut and any changes I'd like. Hitomi suggested some reshaping, and there was no pressure to have longer blow dry. Always feel it's a collaboration here and that's one of the the things I appreciate.

Bryony went above and beyond during my hair appointment, explaining everything through at each step and what steps I could take in learning how to maintain healthy hair. One of the best hair cuts I’ve had in a while! Was a lovely experience and a great salon, will definitely recommend!

So happy with my hair cut and style, Hitomi was so friendly, and took time to really understand what I wanted and advise on what works well on my hair. And I love the result!

Hitomi listened to me and discussed in detail my hair, what style I wanted and what she thought would suit it best. She also gave me great advice as to how to manage and style my hair following the cut.

Bryony is an amazing person who knows her job so well.. no matter what problems I have had previously she always have the solution.. Bryony clearly has the passion for the hair and all of the conditions.. its not only a haircut but a proper consultation at the same time.. love coming to this salon 💕 also Hotomi is an amazing stylist as well, have been client to both of them for few years..

As always I had a lovely experience at B'Spoke hairdressing salon. It's such a friendly salon and Hitomi takes time to discuss what style to cut and I'm always pleased with the outcome. They make my dog feel welcome too and she loves accompanying me there.

Hitomi really looked after me. I didn’t really know what I wanted other than to shorten my long hair quite a bit. She was full of ideas without being pushy and did an amazing job giving me just what I wanted. She also gave me advice for looking after it at home. B’Spoke provide such a fantastic experience from start to finish. They are wonderfully warm, friendly and welcoming. I have only had Bryony cut and colour my hair but she does a fantastic job and without question will continue to use B’spoke.

It’s my second visit there, she does a great job with my super thick hair.

I was offered tea when I arrived, which was great. The green tea was very good. We had a very funny chat about Shaun the Sheep. My haircut was great. Hitomi’s work was detailed and considered. Everybody was interesting in conversation. Very happy!

Today was my third visit and I really like the way my hair is styled. Thank you Hitomi for your care and advice.

I bought my 2 daughters in one 5 and the other 11. The 11 year old had wash, cut, blow dry and curled after. She left so happy and confident again. She even said that how she wants her hair for her first day at secondary school. The confidence my eldest has since starting her hair journey with Bryony had been amazing. Highly recommend her to anyone who ask for a child friendly hairdress.

As usual, fab cut from Hitomi, she’s such a good stylist and great fun to chat with, so I always come away super happy. New location works well and everyone has obviously worked so hard with fit-out and decorating, creating a lovely bright and welcoming space. Great team work.
