I’ve been going to Tom’s for a while now The staff are always super friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. It's never too busy, so I can usually just walk in without a wait, but it’s great that online booking is also available if you want to be sure of no waiting. The place is clean, relaxed, and well-run. Tanning is fast, I'm fair so only need 6mins but it's made a huge difference

Was recommended by a customer to use Tom's after several failed to say the least hair cuts in Lincoln, booked with ZAK and can say that he took his time to listen and actually cut my hair properly, he was a really friendly guy and the whole experience was top notch. I would recommend Tom's no question and they will be my regular go to Barbers now.

Lexy brought my confidence back again after having hellish roots for 6 months! My hairs so bright and blonde and still in great condition, this was one of Lexys main priorities to keep it at its maximum health which i loved! I couldn’t be happier

It was my first time using a Sunbed using toms Sunbed, the bed was easy to use and Lexy was really good n advising me what cream/ how many minutes i should have for my first time. Great bed, after 1 session i already had tan lines, real confidence boost! I will be using toms Sunbed regularly from now on.

She really listened to what i wanted and was very caring throughout the service i felt i could be my self already first time meeting her! I had a bit of a rocky start with an experimental haircut (my own choice by the way) which didn't quite turn out quite how I expected at first. What truly stood out for me was the way Tom stepped in and handled it with genuine care, professionalism, and kindness. He listened, reassured me, and went above and beyond to make things right. The result is a fantastic cut that I now absolutely love—more than what I originally had in mind!

Tom is brilliant. It's rare to find someone who not only has the skill but also the integrity to make sure his client will walk out happy. I left feeling confident and truly looked after. Highly recommend!

Always a good experience. Our autistic son has been going to Tom’s for a few years now and the transformation in him accepting haircuts is incredible! Each barber is amazing but Tom especially has taken the time and been patient every time with our son, and now it’s like a second home to him he feels that comfortable. Couldn’t recommend these guys more.

Absolutely loved my sunbed session at Tom's! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed—the room was spotless, tidy, and super spacious, making the whole experience even more relaxing. The added fan was a brilliant touch, keeping me cool and comfortable after my session. There was a great selection of products to choose from, catering to every tanning need. The consultation was spot-on—he really took the time to understand what I wanted and offered great advice. The cut itself was fantastic, easily one of the best I’ve had!
