I would like to express my extreme displeasure, disgust, and anger with the way in which I was treated tonight by Grapevine. I have been a loyal and regular customer of theirs for the past 4 years, spending a lot of money, and have been an advocate of encouraging many of my friends to use their services. Tonight, I had to cancel my nail appointment, and as a result I received a call from the manager/owner asking for pre-payments for all my future appointments (apparently I have had 8 other cancellations, 3 whilst I was unavoidably in hospital). As a loyal customer, this is not how I expect to be treated, and all I got from the manager was that "Sorry, you have given us less than 24hrs notice. It says this on our price list!". Yet, it is acceptable for them to offer a service to touch up broken/ damaged nails (this takes no more than a few minutes), and not honour it.
