Always a pleasure with Loraine. It's almost like we're friends. We gave been coming to her fir quite a few years now. Loraine always listens and responds to what my son and I are asking for, patient, friendly, chatty. Always asks about us and my business and how we're doing generally.

From first walking into the Salon, I received a professional, reassuring and friendly service, with excellent customer care. Booking a colour consultation with Courtney, followed by my first hair cut today was a fantastic experience. So happy with Courtney's expertise and skill. Thank you!

Brought my son to Lorraine after nearly a year of not having a haircut. My son was very nervous, but Lorraine was very patient with him and listened to what he wanted. Ollie is 11 years old, and he says it’s the first hair cut he can remember that he actually likes. I can’t thank Lorraine enough.

I only have my hair coloured once a year, and Terrie-Ann understands this and makes sure my hairs regrowth can look OK for the full year until I come back. Great service and knowledge. Thank you Terrie-Ann x

Ellie was very attentive and friendly and professional. She happily trimmed further several times until I was happy. The only drawback was that when I got home, my husband found two large piles of cut hair on me.... That was very embarrassing, and should never have happened.
