I can’t praise Fran enough for her advise, professionalism & skill when it comes to colouring. From my consultation she put me at ease she was friendly and interested in what I wanted.
Also had my eyebrows waxed & tinted twice now and each time I’m happy with them, again, friendly, approachable and totally interested in making my visit more of a pamper.

The salon is always tidy and welcoming. You get acknowledged immediately, get offered refreshments of which there is a vast choice.
Natalie my stylist is friendly and efficient. She listens to what you require and my hair always feels and looks great afterwards.
The young girl who washed my hair (sorry didn’t catch her name) was excellent too.

As always Natalie cut my hair perfectly. I am always really pleased with it.

Ruby has coloured my hair and cut it very well. I am pleased. She is very friendly and kind.

Arrived and, due to no one’s fault, my booking was not visible on the system. However, Lucy quickly sorted that for me and I was invited to come back a few hours later. Not sure whether it was Lucy N or O that coloured my hair but she did a phenomenal job. It’s a beautiful, deep red with amazing coverage. I love it! Ruby did an amazing job on the cut and was lovely to talk to.

So pleased. They always give such great service, drinks and cake, and always to the highest standard. Worth every penny.

Very friendly and comfortable setting

Well, where to begin! Just when I thought it couldn't be any better, DT pulls it out the bag once again! Every wish I asked for was granted! Gonna have to drop her a star though...unfortunately my favorite aftershave was not available to purchase and as mentioned in previous reviews 'the bitches' need some yodeyyeyemama! Wasn't advised about colouring services either and fuck me I need it!! Cheers Dawn, lovely job

As always Jenni is excellent in hee work. She has such a happy personality and makes me smile. She’s a total “tonic” and helps me very much. As I find it difficult to climb and descend the stairs to the beauty room she has kindly and thoughtfully accommodated me on the ground floor.
