Lovely tidy up of my hair by Jordan, not my normal stylist buy I think Jordan did a fantastic job, made we feel very welcome and at ease.

Jordan is far best hairdresser I have been to and always listens to me moaning etc. I leave there feeling a million dollars.
Jordan is a special person and go at least once a week

First visit to KH Hair, will definitely be returning. Nice atmosphere. My stylist was Vicky - professional, helpful, very pleased with my cut & blow dry.

Lovely wash and condition,was asked all the way through if water temperature was OK and was I comfortable.
Cara gave me a good consultation and advice. I felt really comfortable with her. Her cutting and styling was extremely professional and also advice with how to style and blow-dry my hair myself.
The salon is clean airy and spacious and the staff are very pleasant and friendly.

With the pandemic and becoming a new mum I’ve had only 1 haircut in the last 2 years. Today was my second time and I was made to feel right at home. Remi was lovely and talkative, she made feel comfortable and special. I loved the final result really felt like I had been listened to on what I was after without being pressured into buying any products like some salons try to do. Would really recommend to anyone.

I’m writing this on behalf of my daughter Heidi who is fifteen . Jacc cut her hair and was amazing. He chatted with her and there was a full consultation before he started cutting her hair. He told her which products to use and taught her how to blow dry it to achieve the look she wanted. He was enthusiastic and made her feel great. She came out all smiles. Can’t recommend him enough!

Ellie was brilliant , first time I have had my hair done by her and I loved it.
The lady who washed my hair was very polite and professional too.

Lisa standards were high as always a professional colour and style. What was disappointing was cold water repeatedly during my rinse from another visiting hairdresser, She didn't seem to care and just blamed that another person was rinsing at the same time. It went cold at least 6 times. I was then left for over 10 minutes with wet hair feeling cold and not offered a drink. The issue arose due to staff illness but a treat turned into an unpleasant head cold. And of course I was charged full price!

I had appointment with ***** who apparently is new to the salon. A bit disappointed as this was the first time I spent 3 hours in the salon for hair styling ( usually the same treatments have taken maximum 1 1/2hours) - hence not as efficient as others. Secondly got highlights done which were not as expected - copied was still dark when I reported this I was told by her that the colour with lighten with further washes - I didn’t get them done to be visible few weeks later. Waste of money - felt cheated. Also due to poor efficiency and time management my hair was blow dried and completed by a trainee ( who did a brilliant job) but was charged at the senior stylist rate. Btw the hair cut was done well. Due to the above reasons feel ripped off as was charged unnecessarily .
